From start to finish, they were extremely professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and they kept everything very clean and organized while they worked.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and work ethic. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. The installation was done perfectly, and you can tell they take real pride in their work.

Honestly, it's rare these days to find professionals like Brad and Fernando. I’ve worked with many contractors before, and this experience was by far one of the best I’ve ever had.

We were a bit concerned about the windows that we had already paid for when we went over the expected install date without any communication from Lifetime - we had to contact them multiple times to get details and the experience was not feeling great. Everytime we did talk to customer service, they were very kind though and Danny and Miguel who came to install the windows were phenomenal! Super kind and communicative and they did a WONDERFUL job installing our windows! One of the locks was broken in transport and they had it replaced the very next morning. We needed to get a new dog door insert to fit the Lifetime sliding glass door and Danny helped us to get the right size. My new windows are gorgeous and high quality and Danny and Miguel were great!

We recently had 22 windows and 1 sliding door replaced through Costco with Lifetime Home Remodeling, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish!

The entire team was great to work with, and the installation crew — Steve, Jose, Beto, and the rest of the crew — were incredibly professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood each step before moving forward.

They were very careful to protect our carpet and furniture and cleaned up thoroughly every afternoon before leaving. You could truly see the pride they take in their work — their attention to detail was impeccable.

We were so pleased with the results that we’ve already decided to bring them back for more window replacements. I would highly recommend Lifetime Home Remodeling to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service!

Alphonzo and his team did an AMAZING job for us! He tiled over 1,100 sf of our home and it is just beautiful. He was easy to work with, the work site was kept very clean, completed ahead of time, and done to perfection. We will definitely use Bluestone again and give them our highest recommendation.

Alfonzo created an absolutely stunning master bathroom shower for us in our Henie Hills home with his masterful tile craftsmanship. Besides this he also did all the master bathroom floor tile work. I would recommend to anyone Bluestone Tile as I am thorough impressed with how meticulous of a job that Alfonzo did for us on our master bathroom.

Alfonso can do it all and do it very well. He and his crew remodeled our cabana/bar an it looks teriffic! Ran into a few unexpected issues, rotted wood and electrical re-routing and dealt with them perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the work. Prompt, stayed with the job with no missed days and priced fairly. Highly recommend.

Alfonzo completely tiled both of our bathrooms in 2020, including showers and backsplashes. He was able to handle paper-faced glass tile without difficulty, which some companies won't touch because it requires extra skill and tools. He was reliable and efficient. His workmanship was perfection! Seriously. His work is flawless in both rooms. Thank you Alfonzo!!!!

I want to give it a ten stars if I could. This is the best work by best professional man! I have been doing remodeling for about half a year so far, and Alfonzo is the best one I have ever had! He knows exactly everything! And he went way beyond the work! Fixed everything on the way; Installed new flooring; He also went to the store to help pick up the right materials; clear up everything each day after work. Super professional! He is very much perfectionist and his standards are perfect on everything! Also, his price is very reasonable!! After finished the floor, he also helped with plumbing issues without any charge! I will highly recommend him !

Great working with these guys! They do a lot of projects that the homeowners have been pleased with. Always a pleasure to work with them.

Masing Construction provided timely and quality repair works on some plumbing issues. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend them for future use.

They redid my kitchen, which was a hassle in itself, but it does look great in the end- except the electric breakers keep going out- which is their fault. The reason they get 1 star is the way I was treated.
1- Being a female, they were very condescending to me, and treated me like I was stupid.
2- They kept adding more onto the bill.
3- I had MAJOR issues with their electrician that they used. This electrician was only supposed to wire the kitchen area and another room behind the kitchen. Also kitchens are supposed to be on a completely separate breaker from the rest of the house. He didn't install things properly, was brought back to fix some issues, and when he did- he was annoyed, rude and in a hurry. So what happened? Now my kitchen wiring that was separated- is NOT separated so when I run certain appliances and have the lights on in the family room and tv- the circuit blows. This happens all the time- very frustrating. Boyd came out to inspect it- and immediately said- "We didn't do this, it wasn't my guy," when I have documentation that shows what day his guy was there and indeed it WAS his guy. What happens when we call his electrician on the phone? Well the electrician talked over me, wouldn't hear what was going on, then hung up the call. Boyd refuses to fix this issue. We spent over $25,000 on the kitchen remodel,but of course he's already been paid and they won't fix it so the circuits are separated. REALLY?
4- They absolutely won't resolve any issues after you've paid them in full- GOOD LUCK with that.
I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the way I was treated, and their customer service is disgusting.
What kind of "Professional" comes in a house and says immediately without even looking at the circuit box- "We didn't do this?"
Then to have his electrician hang up the phone on us in mud sentence is totally unprofessional.
He never even took a look at the breaker box either. Im left to deal with this on my own- really?

Speaking for all the women out there- BEWARE of this company!

Construction can be noisy and dusty, so be prepared for that going in. Masing did a great job. They we there when scheduled and the staff was business like yet friendly and personable. Ours was a small job (bathrooms) and they got it done quickly and efficiently. A couple of changes were handled in an accommodating way. Recommend contacting them.

We had a water leak situation that was not easy to locate and Masing construction not only found the complicated leak in the first attempt but continued to show us how professional and caring for our home while we were dealing with a difficult time. From the beginning to the end, I would recommend Masing Construction. The attention to detail and the employees are amazing! Thank you so much for being the type of company that we appreciate.

We had Masing Construction Inc take out excessive ceiling lights and put in a closet in place of a built in desk. The communication was excellent and suggestions were made to make my project turn out even better than expected. From the demo and the electrical to the construction of the closet, the workers were all very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Masing construction was a pleasure to work with. We told them our budget and our must-haves with our kitchen remodel and they delivered. They raised the ceiling and offered me various options that I hadn't thought of. They were in and out in 11 days!! I was so impressed. Boyd from Masing Construction provides excellent service! His bid was very competitive with the other companies, we selected him because his bid was less than the others and he made us feel comfortable.

We had a leaking balcony over our garage that required repair. His workers and subcontractors were experts in their specialty and kept the work area clean. We are very happy with the repair.
