I am so pleased with my new shower walls and fixtures by Kohler! They are beautiful and the best part they were installed in 5 days! Perry and Rueglio were exceptional and experienced installers, I could not have asked for more! I highly recommend Kohler and this product!

Marco J & Eddie were very professional while installing my new windows. Windows looked excellent when they were done. They left the project cleaner than when they started. Would recommend them to anyone needing new windows installed.

The Lifetime Home Remodeling crew arrived on time and installed our new windows today. They were professional, explained the process in detail, and answered all of our questions. Our new windows were installed in a reasonable amount of time and they look great! Very pleased and would recommend our install crew with two thumbs up.

Literally everything that could go wrong with a shower install did go wrong but Austen and his team were so professional and made sure the job was done right. The customer service from the manager over the phone was excellent and the entire Kohler team made me feel at ease about the entire process. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

In 3 days the Kohler 2-man crew demo’d, roughed in and finished my new lifetime warranty Kohler shower. 4-pieces plus a built-in locker, fixtures, grab bar, and doors! I don’t have the final photos yet, but this is a very clean install! They’ve got these cool trucks with many of the tools and take debris out in special bags - no dumpster and almost no dust!

We just had new shower installed in our master bath by the Kohler team of Gilberto, Pablo and Roberto. They did an amazing job! They were a hard working team and completely transformed our shower in only 5 days. We loved the process and finished product so much we are now going to do our guest shower and bath. Thank you Gilberto, Pablo and Roberto as well as the whole Kohler support team of professionals!

The two gentleman who completed my installation Ty Colby and Reece Freeman were outstanding!!! They went above and beyond. Very polite, considerate, did an awesome job removing and placing windows and slider. Highly highly recommend them ! Truly great!

This commentary pertains to the installation of the windows that were available from my order (one was missing). A team of installers lead by Pablo, with Luis, Ty and Reece, showed up with 6 Marvin windows and one large Marvin sliding glass door. They were all personable, clearly aimed to please us, and made a great assessment of what needs to be done and how to approach the job. All of them worked well as a team during the installation process and engaged us regarding decisions that needed to be made regarding details to support a superior completion. Additionally, they managed their tools and messes throughout the day so as to minimize disruption to our day. When installation was complete, we were presented with demonstrations on how to maintain the window/door tracks and operation of the screens and sliding panels. We also observed the very fine finishes around the interior and exterior of the installations and they were sensitive to nuances that were noticed and were fixed on the spot. When all was said and done they collected their tools and cleaned up inside and out. We are very pleased with this team and the product of their careful effort and attention to details. We would recommend this team for other future customers and would like to have them return to install the remaining window. Thank you for sending us such a competent crew to handle this upgrade on our home.

I purchased new Infinity by Marvin windows (15 of them, various sizes on 1st and 2nd floors) and a door from Lifetime Home Remodeling via their Costco relationship (very happy to get a big Cash Card which I’m going to use to buy some new appliances). The windows met all my expectations and a few more. A huge pleasant surprise was how well the installation went.

The lead installers Ivan and Marco were AMAZING! They had 2 additional installers who also seemed good but i didn’t interact with them much. They worked hard, did a fabulous job and even finished ahead of schedule. They had to improvise a little because of my house but the end results were great. Ivan and Marco were very skilled and professional, and they were charming as well. If you’re buying from Lifetime you should ask for them.

Brad and Fernando arrived first for my windows installation job. They thought they were on a two day job. I had been promised by two representatives that my job would be done in a day. Once I made them aware of that, Brad quickly called in reinforcements, first Ty and then Rese. They worked extremely hard all day to get my windows installed, do a pristine job, and complete it in conjunction with my alarm company in one day. I was very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship.

We had our two bathrooms done by Kohler San Diego. The project was coordinated very well by Jordan. Each step was approved by city inspector. KOHLER made sure of that. We worked with two different teams from Kohler. It was a pleasure to work with Austin, he did an excellent job. He paid attention to the details, nothing was overlooked. He is a very friendly person and addressed our concerns, explained the steps. Both Austin and Isiah worked hard and cleaned the whole area after they were done. The other bathroom was done by Gilbert and Arturo.They are a hardworking and a friendly team to work with. It was such a great experience. I highly recommend Kohler San Diego.

Installers Danny R., MiguelC. Jose S. And Alberto H. Were the best, prepped windows and floor protection day before . Very polite and informative covered everything and frequently asked if any questions. Install went great no mess left no dust in the house continued to check with us if any questions. Upon completion walked through all windows , weather stripping and three windows defective and one window with scratch informed us of how would be fixed. Was very happy with installers! Love look of windows already can tell noise level lessened and better insulation.

July, 2025.....I am thrilled with the installation of my new windows and doors in my home. Everyone I have interacted with at Lifetime has been kind, informative, patient, knowledgeable, and so very professional. Nica Larucci, my first contact with LIfetime, amazed me with her knowledge of Lifetime products. My son and I truly appreciated and enjoyed her pressure-free presentation. Nica, Norma, Vinnie, Pablo and Luis, each went over and above to help me through this process from start to finish. I never felt out of touch with what was or would be happening. Pablo and Luis really KNOW THEIR STUFF!! They worked so efficiently well together, and they kept me apprised of what they were doing each step of the way. Except for the fact that I have beautiful new windows and doors, you would never know they had been in my home. Pablo took the time to make sure I understood and knew how each window and door operated...he was so patient and kind with all my many questions. Now, thanks to my new windows and doors, I do not hear my neighbors barking dogs anymore...WOW!
I would most definitely recommend this company and their quality work and work ethics to anyone thinking about and/or needing new windows and doors. This company made me feel special and important throughout this entire process, and even after it was completed. Nothing less than 5 gold stars for this company and their amazing crew, which includes everyone in the office and in the field!!
August 20, 2026...I want to add that since my new windows and doors have been istalled my SDG&E bill has gone down!! My house stays cool, even when the A/C is off. I'm a very happy camper!!! Thank you, Lifetime Home Remodeling!!! I love my beautiful new windows and doors!!

We were contemplating redoing our windows and met with Janet Mc (sales rep). She was fantastic!! Prompt, thorough, personable, knowledgeable and no pressure (and she loves dogs!). She sold us on 7 new windows. We were able to schedule the appointment to have the windows installed per the contract timeline, but when we had to reschedule because of a medical emergency, the scheduler (Vinny) was kind and told us to call him when we were ready for the installation. They worked around our schedule beautifully. Day of installation, the installers arrived shortly after 9am and were done by noon! We were fortunate enough to have two crews working on our windows. The installers were funny, quick, professional, and excellent at their job! Everything was spotless when they left.

Highly, highly recommend Lifetime Home Remodeling for windows. We’ll probably contact them for other work around the house. The work with Costco, which is where we found them.

Brad, Pablo, Ferando and Louis installed an entire house of beautiful new windows. They were amazing, fast courteous and cleaned everything up spotlessly. A pleasure to work with. Lifetime Home Remodeling installed Marvin Infinity windows we purchased from them through Costco. We are very happy with the quality of the installation and the high-quality windows we purchased.

We want to specifically call out our installers, Danny R. and Miguel G. They were a pleasure to work with and given they were onsite in our house for several days, this is high praise. Danny reviewed the work to be done and any issues they found when unpacking the windows and scheduled service to fix the minor problems. They have reordered one window that came scratched from the manufacturer. The fact that they are proactive at the time of installation to make sure everything was perfect speaks volumes about their customer service.

Everything other reviewers on here said about great communication, setting up with protective coverings, cleaning up and even hauling away our old shutters are spot on.

Installed all new Marvin windows. Installation was fast & clean. We anticipated having to do some stucco repairs afterwards but they didn’t chip a single piece. Steven & Luis were great, so polite and friendly. They explained all about then windows - cleaning and maintenance. And the windows are beautiful!
