The worst plumbing supply shop I’ve ever been to. The wait times are always long, the counter don’t know what they’re talking about half the time. I strongly urge any plumber to shop at standard or hirsh and avoid this place like the plague.

The Escondido ferguson is the only one that didnt offer me help with my dead 75 gallon tank...the gentelmen.told me he was helping me out by accepting the dead heater....I thought I'm the customer !!!!!he watched me walk all the way through the parking lot carrying the old water heater....not very good employe or customer service....dont want to say his name..but he was a older man......I buy all my supplies from ferguson..I go and been to all of them in sd county....

Just wanted some evaporative cooler pads that their website said was in stock. Got put on hold multiple times and my time waisted for 25min. Right off the bat, the automated messaging system asked if I wanted residential or commercial and if I wanted plumbing or HVAC. I chose residential HVAC but was forwarded to the stores commercial plumbing, the exact opposite of what I chose. The my guy tells me all this and forwards me ALLL the way back to an operator asking what location do I want to call. I told her I wanted to just wanted tos if they had the evaporative cooler pads and that I've been on the phone for 20mins and that they forwarded me to the complete wrong office, TWICE. She forwarded me directly to the right office and they told me they don't have them and hung up.

I purchased a water heater with a five year warranty a few weeks ago. The water heater did not work when delivered and after multiple calls from myself and plumbers I hired to look at the heater, Scott, the manager, refused to help. He said he could send replacement parts, but it was my responsibility to repair it! Because of their refusal to stand behind their product, I was without hot water for 8 days in the middle of a pandemic. What a terrible way to treat their customers.

I was fixing a shower. I tried going to multiple Home Depots and Lowes. No one had the parts I needed and no one even knew what brand of replacement parts I was looking for. I went to Ferguson and they knew immediately what I need and had it in stock. For plumbing these guys are the best!!

Overpriced! Just by chance they were short 1 elbow I drove 3 ml to Winsupply and got at $7 cheaper. Guy at the counter didn't have friendly vibes either. But, most likely will have anything plumbing you may need and is clean and well organized

Really awesome place for plumbing needs. Berry helped me out today. He was very knowledgeable and help me get all the parts I needed. I also appreciate how kind he was to my sister. His customer service was also great.

Staff are very helpful and friendly they are always down to help and answer all questions that I may have. I also did a return on a 3/4 inch 60 foot roll of copper pipe and went very smooth and return to buy more product. Thank You Escondido staff always ready to help

This company's customer service policies suck... Time to start giving my money to another plumbing supply house and whatever you do under any circumstances do not do not buy a Bradford White hot water heater

Needed a couple specialized plumbing tools that I couldn't find anywhere else, and they had them. Employees were extremely helpful and once I had what I needed, they got me out of there quickly and with a smile all the way. Great facility, easy to find things, Great experience.
