The plumber arrived on time checked out our alleged problem . He was very polite and professional taking the time to explain what he found. We decided that no repairs were required . He did not charge us for the service call. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Our Technician was Frank (Francisco). Punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. He immediately identified the source of the leak, clearly explained what needs to be done, went himself to the store to get us the needed parts and completed the needed work impeccably. All of the above on a Sunday afternoon (less than 24 hours after we noticed the new leak). Would use this company’s service again for any future plumbing work our house might need!

My water heater stopped working , I called Roto rooter & within an hour the technician Eric was at my house, took care of the problem in a timely manner, very knowledgeable, super clean & professional.

This was the only company that was willing to come out after hours...called 10+ plumbing businesses and this one was the only one that had someone on call ! Brandon was knowledgeable hard working and got the job done!!! Never saw a plumber work as hard as he did ! Will never call any other company to take care of all our plumbing. Jesse helped us with a big clog in our kitchen sink. The plumber from long ago (from a different company) had glued our pipes so he had to replace them. He is kind a hard worker, we found him to be very trustworthy.

Came by at 11pm and was persistent on discovering our draining issue across all of our plumbing items. Was comprehensive, polite, and fixed the issue of water overflowing in all bathroom drains. Stayed until 1am to ensure everything was working correctly. Very professional and an absolute life saver.

I just moved into my new place and this first rain has been a lot; the shared side yard drains were compromised thus flooding was backing up in my back patio and rising quickly to the back door threshold of my home. Very fast resolution and was very respectful in our home. Fixed our clogged kitchen sink and overflowing dishwasher and even took the time to clean up the kitchen floor once done. Highly recommend Brandon and his work.

The main drain in my home was clogged. I called Roto-Rooter to see if I can get someone out as soon as possible. Brandon was very professional came out and cleared the clog enough to get my toilets and shower finally draining again without backing up. He and his supervisor also performed a complimentary camera to check for any ongoing problem which we will likely experience in the future and which we will look into taking care of. Both gentlemen were very professional and were able to explain in detail the extent of the clog and the backup. I am satisfied with the service!
