I had a bit of a complicated leak in a backflow system for a soda machine, I own a very busy restaurant in Escondido and we certainly don’t have time for big leaks and big puddles and potentially the soda machine being down for our great customers, we called Javier, And he was great about finding the part for our problem and he was very reasonable and accommodating, he got the job done quickly and we were so happy to have everything all fixed up. This company has much experience and made us feel comfortable that Right away. Definitely give them a try if you have some plumbing problems you won’t be disappointed!!

Javier and his workers are incredible. I am a Realtor and have used them multiple times for myself and my clients over the years. They came to fix my toilet running and to hook up my fridge’s water line. They arrived at the time they promised an handled the issues within an hour of their arrival.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. So patient and explained everything. This is a first class company!! I would highly recommend!

I had a necklace pendant fall down my shower drain, and I tried what I could do I even had another plumbing service come by to see if they could get it out but failed to do so.
I almost lost hope since the other plumbers said there was nothing we could do about it... but decided to give one more company a call so that's when I got ahold of 911 Plumbing.

I called and they said they could stop by around 3pm but due to my concern they were able to come by sooner.
I explained my situation and we all knew it was going to be a very difficult task (almost impossible to get out).

Not even 20 minutes of being here they were able to suck the pendant out! I was so relieved they kept trying to help me knowing it was a valuable item.
I'm so happy with the service provided and the effort they gave to get the job done.
I will definitely be calling back if I need anything else from them.

Javier came out a few hours after I called him ( as he told me he would be ) to clear a clogged drain line from my washer he was very professional and covered the wash and floor to make sure nothing got dirty got the job done at a great price I am definitely using them again. Great job 911 plumbing and Drain keep up the great work.

We had a minor emergency and needed a plumber the day before Thanksgiving. My wife and I were hosting Thanksgiving for family and friends. It was tough to get anyone out before Friday. Spoke to Javier from 911 Plumbing and he advised they could help.

He gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost. Note; it was an holiday and priced accordingly.

Felix and another plumber came and addressed the needs. He pointed out a couple of other issues. I didn’t feel pressured to buy more but knew it was probably best to follow the recommendation.

They finished the job in a timely basis and we were ready for our guests on Thanksgiving Day.

Would definitely recommend them for the future.

911 Plumbing was quick to respond when called about my plumbing issue. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to fix it the same day. They also added root suppressant to help reduce the problem in the future. I was very pleased with the work and how quickly they fixed it.

Obviously, when you call a plumber, it’s usually because you need them now. Javier provided service the same day. He came out and found that my external drainage collapsed. He gave a fair price and agreed to start that very same day. They worked Saturday and Sunday to resolve the issue and replace the full run. They actually had to run further to get the correct drainage run. Javier was there working to get it completed also. This reminds me of old time businesses that worked for customer satisfaction.

I'm satisfied with the quality of their work and professionalism performing it. There was a quotation of 400 for leak detection which would be applied to any subsequent repair. They identified and repaired a crack in an apparently defective "T" junction by replacing the junction and splicing it into the 3 associated pipes.
I have used them on two prior occasions with satisfaction. The initial quoted charge was high but subsequent negotiation resulted in a reasonable charge. I would recommend 911 Plumbing & Drain and will keep their card on hand for future services again.

Javier is an outstanding professional with strong morals and ethics—someone I would gladly work with anytime. For an urgent issue at our rental, he arrived quickly at 8:30 p.m. and provided a clear, reasonable assessment. The only reason we didn’t use his service was that our regular plumber, who had done related work, happened to be available to fix the problem.

When I called they wouldn't tell me how much to clear a blockage. When the tech arrived he quoted me $350.00. This is significantly higher than what other plumbers charge.

Outstanding efforts by David and his team to resolve an in ground leak that I had on my property. Very professional and knowledgeable towards the work and I can’t thank them enough for the help

David B. was instrumental with returning our water main back to service. The water main broke and David was onsite within two hours. The job took four days, primarily due to pipes being over 28 inches deep in the ground. Isolating the main line from the irrigation line while digging this deep over a path of over ten feet (three of which under a concrete slab) occupied a majority of the time.
David was also descriptive with the activities being done before, during and after the work order was in process. He was quite thorough, ensuring all faucets were clear of air and soot from the broken pipe work. David also ensured the hot water heater was properly operating and that no issues were observed with any water point. Overall, the work was cleanly executed and facilitated with safety.
