Art was very professional and timely. My appointment was for noon and he arrived at exactly 12:00. He was clean and quick, and very reasonably priced.

Wow what a great Plummer! He came right away was so nice and did such a awesome job! I mentioned I was laid off and when he went to lunch He bought me the best burrito I ever ate. How thoughtful was that. The best Plummer I ever had.

Please look elsewhere first. There was excuses as to why he couldn’t come at the beginning. I’m understanding so I wasnt to concerned. We finally set up an appointment, day comes, tells me a time 2 hours past the time he was supposed to come by without any updates. I end up cancelling.

Art's Plumbing and Drains replaced my 100 gallon water heater and hauled away the old one. His work was quick, clean and efficient!

Great service and was able to come and replace garbage disposal on same day I called. We couldn't use the kitchen sink as the disposal was leaking very much. Thanks Art. You did a great job and I will call you the next time I need a plumber.

Our landlord contacted this place and made an appointment for us to get service for a leaky shower. Not only did he not show, there was zero response to texts and the voicemail was full. We've now had to deal not only with an increasing leak over the holiday week, but we cannot use the shower and we have to shut off our water as often as we can to try to decrease the waste of water and our bill.

Called Art's Plumbing on a weekend, he came out and cleared my sewer line , pulled a bunch of roots, and made sure everything was flowing, great customer service 10/10

Art was sent to my home to fix what 2 precious plumbers were unable to do. And he not only fixed what they couldn't, he was able to fix a couple other things that None of the other plumbers even mentioned. There are plumbers who have bad reviews and after being assigned to two of them, I am sorry I hadn't seen the reviews first. Art is a nice guy who is just starting up his business and I support him as he did a stellar job and went it of his way to get our plumbing in our 3600 square foot house working properly again. He fixed toilets, he fixed our hot water pump and he even replaced the wireless transmitter for the pump. He fixed a pressure issue among other problems that existed. I highly recommend Art for any of your plumbing needs!

If you need a plumber, look no farther! Right here in Escondido we have a quality plumber who has characteristics of honesty, friendliness, and ability. I must say, we had called ANOTHER plumber. The OTHER PLUMBER came in and immediately started telling us what he COULDN'T do for us and how involved, expensive and time consuming it would be!!
Not Art! He promptly showed up within an hour of the call. Told us it was a pretty easy fix and he had what he needed to do the job. Within 2 hours we were back in showers!! When Art left everything was in good order, neat and clean and the bill was very reasonable. We definitely recommend Art to friends and neighbors in the Escondido area.

I had a leak in my main water line downstream of the meter. Art located the leak, provided options and implemented the repairs. He was professional, efficient and economical. Art is the man! He came out very last minute to help me clean out my main line and lateral lines. He was on time, professional, and just an incredible guy! He gave me the low down on the health of my plumbing and helped me better understand what costs and expenses I could expect in the near future because of my cast iron pipes. That insight was super helpful for budgeting and timeline purposes. I highly recommend him!

Sorry this took so long to post Art. I can very much recommend Art as a competent and fairly priced and professionally oriented plumber. Art installed a pressure regulator valve for me on my residential property. He made sure he had the correct part by actually coming by the house in advance and sizing up the parts requirements. The installation went smooth and the repair is working just fine. The price was fair and well within what I expected to pay for that type of repair.

Art took care of several plumbing issues at my grandmothers home. He’s very professional, experienced, reasonable and was very easy to get a hold of. The job was well done and he didn’t make a mess. I would highly recommend him.

Art is not trustworthy and is definitely not reliable.
The issue here is not the inferior quality of his work but he's not to be trusted. Be careful with your money: Do not pay him before he finishes all of the work you have hired him to do.
In my case he stood me up five times, every time he promises to finish the work which he was paid for and had already signed a document that he will install a fixture but once he received the full payment, he never came back and is not answering his phone. I ended up paying another plumber to finish the work and install the unit that Art was already paid for.
I intend to take Art to court very soon.
