Was assigned this plumber by a warranty company. Did not call after 24 hours. But in addition never answered their phone. Only voice mail that they don't respond to. You don't want to contract with these people. If you need to get in touch with them mid job - GOOD LUCK. You just don't need company that is unresponsive. Many plumbers out there. Dont waste your time with this company. Just call them and see if you get through to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they are having a bad 24 hours or a family emergency.

Our we reported our plumbing stoppage to our home warranty company earlier today, and they let us know Resurrection Plumbing had been assigned. Within just a few hours of placing the claim online, they called to see if we had time for them to come service our needs TODAY... and they were there in 30 minutes!! That was impressive from the get-go, but they continued to impress once they got here. Coy and Ernie were efficient, personable, professional, and skilled. They resolved our issue in a very timely manner, and gave us guidance on how to prevent it in the future. We would definitely want them to service any future needs. (But, of course, hoping we don't have any. Lol.)

Jessie saved the day, and helped us avoid $6,000 of work!

Our recently-purchased house had a blocked shower drain. A separate plumbing company (Integrity Plumbing) had come out, attempted to snake the drain, and had no luck. They stated the cast-iron drain pipe had corroded shut, and we would need to jackhammer the bathroom to replace the P-trap and possibly more. The house is 50 years old, so the cast-iron plumbing is nearing the end of it's lifespan, and I was dismayed but prepared to accept this.

However, the home came with a First American Home Warranty, so we decided to give them a shot. They sent out Resurrection Plumbing as their local contractor. My only complaint is that we were told Resurrection would contact us to schedule, and then we didn't hear anything for a week until I called them. It was, however, the holidays, so I can understand they were crazy busy and also trying to take what time off they could.

Once we scheduled an appointment, Jessie from Resurrection showed up on-time and ready to work. We explained the situation, Jessie asked to take a crack at the blockage with his snake, and VOILA he had the blockage cleared within 20 minutes. I suspect due to the age of the pipes this won't be a permanent fix, but I'm glad to have my shower back for now. Jessie was friendly, efficient, and professional, and I'll be hanging on to his card.

Resurrection Plumbing went above and beyond of what I expected as a homeowner. First American Home Warranty contracted Coy and his outfit to service my plumbing problem. Coy was very professional and displayed outstanding customer service. Coy and Ernie were able to identify and rectify my plumbing problem. They ensured cleanliness throughout the entire process. By far the best contractor assigned by First American in my 15 years as a customer. I definitely will utilize Resurrection Plumbing in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. Thank you Coy for your outstanding service.

I had a deep kitchen sink clog. I had done as much as I could myself, but knew I needed help so I checked around. I checked online and noted all the great reviews. So I called Resurrection Plumbing.

When I spoke to Coy and explained the problem, he provided me his options, but recommended the hydro-jet cleaning.

I knew my clogging was bad. After seeing all the gunk that came out of our kitchen line, it proved I didn't know how bad it really was! This was at least 10-year's worth of gunk - if not more!

For you homeowners out there: if you've lived in your home more than 5 years and have not done some preventative maintenance on your kitchen and main lines, call these guys. I highly recommend not just doing the hydro-jet cleaning job, but having these guys do it.

The text I sent my friends right after the crew finished working at my house today: if you don't already have a plumber then I highly recommend you save this number for Resurrection Plumbing in your phone. They will come out for emergencies 24/7 and they do regular appointments too. Everyone on the crew has had a background check and they were really nice and professional. It didn't feel sketchy to let them come in the house and you know how I don't like strangers

I was very lucky and was put in contact with Resurrection Plumbing through my home warranty company. Seth and David came out to check for a leak in a drain pipe (which was my best guess at what was wrong). Unfortunately the problem was a little worse than that and the home warranty wouldn't cover anything despite Seth's best effort to convince them. The guys explained what they found and the best way to fix it- and the possible temporary fixes too. This the third time in twelve months the home warranty company has sent a plumber to my house and the first time a plumber told me everything that was wrong with my drain lines and how to actually fix it. I could have kept fixing small leaks and other issues for years but my house would have continued to smell like a sewer everyday and that is what I wanted fixed.

I gave up on the home warranty decided to make an appointment to have the recommended repairs done. Before I could even make an appointment Coy, the owner, called me to tell me about the openings they had in their schedule and to talk about the issues the crew found because his crew had already told him about my situation. He fit me right into the schedule and kept all the work on the same day to help save me some money. On the day of the repairs everything went smooth and the crew showed me all of the work when they were done.

The prices were reasonable, the whole crew I interacted with (Seth, David, Coy, and Ernie) were exceptionally polite and professional, and they all went above and beyond with the work they performed. They provided a time window for appointments and called when they were on the way. They took an extra second to address the plumbing concerns I had even though they weren't on the trouble ticket from the home warranty. I wasn't pressured to buy services I didn't need or want. They cleaned up everything after the job was complete and I couldn't even tell anyone had been working on my house.

I'm sure my old house is going to have another plumbing problem and I won't hesitate to call Resurrection again!

My water heater stopped working properly. Elite Plumbing Experts Casselberry FL fixed it quickly and checked everything. Now hot water runs steady. If you’re in Casselberry, I’d recommend calling them.

Had an actual plumbing emergency last night at 9:30pm. Went to the website and saw this place advertised as open 24 hrs. Called in a panic and got.............an answering machine. Be careful.......open 24 hrs probably means you can make an appointment 24 hrs but no one will actually come to your home after 5 pm
