Javier did a great job, explained the whole process as he was doing the job. He was very professional and gave personal advice on how to keep the drains clear longer. Hydro the lines to completely clean the lines.

This is an excellent company and all of their employees are so professional and treat you with respect. They are exemplary and I highly recommend them for all of your drain needs. They came to fix a big problem in the drain system where I live and worked with me and the landlord on every step. It was pretty amazing to see how they work and the equipment they use, managed to fix a problem that could have been a disaster. I am Grateful for their help and cleaned up after all was done.

We had excellent service by the technicians from Zoom Drain SD North County. The two technicians, Stanley and Jin, arrived on time. They were very polite, they explained everything they were going to do, they were very thorough and left our house clean. We highly recommend them.

Turned out what we thought was an issue really wasn't. Javier was honest in his assessment and in no way tried to "upsell" us or provide work we didn't need. Technician,Javier Valdez, was excellent!!He represented himself,his family, and the business as a friendly,respectable,sharp,efficient,
competent young businessman and tradesman. After assessing our situation,he explained the steps he needed to take, the possibilities to remedy the issues,and charges to expect. He explained everything very well - the what,how, and why. He showed me the steps as he went along,letting me watch the screen monitor as the camera traveled the pipes. I am so impressed and feel very good and very confident about the service provided and outcome at completion. ( he should get a bonus!!)

This company did a really terrific job from the very first text I sent them early this morning. May answered the phone and did so with professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Javier sent me a text about an hour later to say he was on his way to the job site. He did a great job! He was also fast, efficient, and a good communicator. He completed the job as directed in a couple of hours, and they are working on the reports now. This is a very good company overall and I would recommend them to anyone seeking answers with plumbing, Particularly with reference to drainage and sewer lines. Hello! My name is Mark in FALLBROOK Ca, We recently bought a property in FALLBROOK and needed a plumber, I’m a contractor myself! I can’t say enough about Benito. He installed a $3000 gas water heater on the outside of our granny flat and it is a bonified piece of artwork! He also located a hot water leak, plumbed our new kitchen sink, replaced the pressure regulator and capped a couple of copper pipes. All on time and at a very fair PRICE!

Benito and Hidden Valley Plumbing were awesome! I needed a control box replaced on my water heater and I called so many companies looking for a quote. Most of them refused to give me a quote over the phone or gave me a quote that was ridiculously high. Benito gave me an incredibly fair price over the phone, and came out and did the repair within 4 hours. We have now had glorious hot water for several months. Top notch quality and service. I highly recommend Hidden Valley Plumbing Services. Benito quickly responded to my call and came over to diagnose the noises I was hearing in my house. Other companies tried diagnosing by phone which was frustrating and wanted to charge gas to come out.

The estimate was spot on to the diagnosis and no up-charges. All of my questions were heard and answered in a way I could understand the terminology. The work included repair and rerouting of water main line to house with new shut off valve, hot water heater expansion tank, new water regulator, sink angle stops and tub/shower spout replacement.

I appreciated the professionalism, honesty, kindness, timeliness and the quality of the workmanship. I never knew plumbing pipes could look so perfect. I received more than I expected from this company.
