Zoom Drain recently sent a highly-skilled technician, Mr. Tim Drumel, to my residence. Using the Powersnake, he had the kitchen drain cleared in a few short minutes. I highly recommend his/their services.

Our kitchen sink had drainage issues and we found out it was connected to grey water tank, Zoom (Sam and his team) helped us find the root of issue and resolved it perfectly. Really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them for all your drainage needs.

What an incredible company! We had a backup in our drains and Zoom Drain SD North County came out ASAP and did an incredible job. Jin and Yeanmay were responsive, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Sam did a great job and he knows his stuff! They cleared out our drains with a hydro flush, camera in the pipes with analysis as well. All for a great price! Thank you so much!!!

Zoom drain was very professional from the moment I called until the moment they left. Josh and Stanley arrived right on time and cleared a drain pipe underneath my kitchen sink. They were very professional and polite and explaining what they needed to do and what the cost would be. They got the work done very quickly. They were careful to wear booties in the house and wipe down all surfaces including the floor where they had done work. I give them a big thumbs up and a high recommendation.

Excellent service and same day job was done at reasonable price. Very satisfied with their service and will use them any time I have issues with plumbing.

Sam was fantastic. He assessed the problem right away. gave me a price and cleaned out the main drain to the kitchen. Although the water was running fine he said there still seems to be something wrong and he proceeded to dismantle the pipe and found more solidified grease. The sink runs like Niagra Falls now.

Stanley and Nathan from Zoom Drains of North County came and provided same day service to unclog drains at my business. They had the sophisticated tooling and telescoping camera to find the blockage and clear it. They were very professional and a pleasure to have at my business . Sam, with his very nice and capable helper came to clean out the bathroom sink drain, but they didn’t stop there. I know nothing about plumbing, so they adjusted and fixed a lot of issues I wouldn’t have a clue to fix. What stood out was how quickly they worked, their expertise, and the outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call on Zoom Drain and ask for Sam. Fast work, perfect outcome, very kind, along with explaining what they were doing so I could understand. I appreciate all that they did and how they did it. What luck.

Sam came on time and had a friendly, approachable demeanor. He explained so much about the pipes, what not to put in it (wipes especially even if flushable) and showed me the video which told a lot! The price was reasonable as well.

Javier was wonderful. He was very cordial and had a positive attitude. He gave me a detailed quote, explained the process and worked very efficiently. It was a very invasive root problem, which was quite messy and extensive.He also fixed a little mechanism on the toilet, he noticed was not functioning while he tested the drain. He cleaned up the mess thoroughly, too. On top of that, the price was a little less than other companies. We will definitely be using you from now on!

Zoom Drain was very professional and hard working. The job went longer than expected because of large underground rocks which they worked through Christmas to excavate/cut/remove. Would recommend! Sam was my point of contact and I recommend him highly.

This crew was amazing. Our home has a very complicated drainage system that had not been checked or serviced by the prior owners for at least a decade. Pumps were inoperable and lines were clogged. Zoom figured it all out, renewed pumps and cleared the pipes. They kept me informed each step of the way. Thank you for fixing a problem that I thought would require digging up our property! I was very happy with the work that Josh and Stanley did! They gave me a quote to hydro jet my drain hat was a third of the price of a competitor, and they stayed until the job was completed to my satisfaction.
