We had a very positive experience with the “Zoom Drain” co. Jim, who provided the phone coordination was very polite and accommodating.
This is our second time using their services so accordingly, we have been satisfied both times.
Sam was punctual as promised by his arrival time and diligent to work until he resolved & completed the issue.
We had a kitchen drain stoppage. Sam found the clog about 4 feet into the pipes and cleared it accordingly.
We highly recommend this company and it’s Services therefore have given them five stars

A very professional service. Mr Medina, the plumber that did the work, was very meticulous in his work as he explained every action in detail asking for concurrence from my wife. My wife especially liked his in wearing booties for his shoes, removing going outside and putting it back on inside. My wife especially liked the extra mile of putting cover on the equipment wheels when inside and the care to clean the work area at the end of the job. Will recommend your company to friends looking for a great plumber.

What an excellent company! They were very fast, friendly, professional & I felt very comfortable having them in my home! High-tech equipment, including cameras, showed us what was happening with all of our drains inside & outside, while they answered all of our questions! What excellent service!! 100% recommend!!!

Pretty pricey service for a drain snaking. Javier was great and got the job done for my mom. Hope it lasts longer than the $700 job last year that Zoom did for her kitchen drain.

Stanley was a very diligent and persistent worker. He and his father cleared two drains with a water hose and the mainline drain with the high pressure hose. This was completed in several hours after an arrival time 2 hours later than the appointment. Main mission was accomplished but an additional drain line that was collapsed trapped the hose and camera for about 5 hours until dark when it was finally freed and they concluded business. Pictures of the drain line ports and Stanley not the internal lines were provided on-line. Time ran out for other less important drain lines to be cleared. It was a challenging day for the workers, and they remained professional throughout the job.

The owner is very responsive and the Technician Javier Valdez is great. He knows the work that needs to be done. He answered my questions and he is nice.

Samuel Medina and the team went above and beyond for us when our home was flooded thanks to a clogged pipe. We called them and they were here helping us early the next morning. They hydrojetted our pipes and cleaned out our septic area as well. They went above and beyond to help us, even checking other areas of our home to ensure there was no further potential for clogs. They were informative, and patient, walking us through the next steps for how to handle this with our home. We have never had to experience a flood before, and we are so grateful we had a competent, kind, patient, and integrous company to help us for our first time. Stanley and Javier are awesome! Came out to jet our pipes and it was super straight forward and simple. Also price was very fair.

Zoom Drain Services was an absolute pleasure to work with. The day before a bbq one of my toilets stopped working, I called Zoom and Samuel and Stanley arrived about an hour later. After clearing the drain line Samuel asked me how old the toilet was (20 years), he gave me a few recommendations to help with the calcium build up but recommended I replace it.
After seeing that it still was not getting enough water pressure to properly flush I asked how soon they could come back and replace the toilet if I picked up a new one. After checking their schedule they said they could do the work now! They followed me to HD loaded the toilet on their truck, installed it, and cleaned the bathroom. The toilet now flushed like a dream and won’t have to worry about my guest at the bbq.
I cannot say enough about the level of customer service and attention to detail from both Samuel and Stanley, you both are amazing. Thank you both so much.
I plan to replace my other toilet and will be calling Zoom Drain Services to do the work. It’s not often you find a company with great customer service and honesty, at fair prices who does above and beyond.

Stanley did a fantastic job in getting our kitchen sink unclogged! Not only was he professional and courteous, but he also gave me some great advice on long-term maintenance for our drain. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone!

I had a clogged drain line to the main sewer that was causing the toilet in the first floor overflow. Stanley teng and his coworker, from Zoom Drain SD, did an outstanding job in clearing and cleaning the drain to sewer line that was totally blocked by tree roots, in a timely manner. They carefully inspected inside of the pipe leading to the main sewer using a camera to pinpoint where the tree root had completely obstructed inside of the pipe. Then, they used a hydro-better to cut the tree roots and clear the pipe completely. They were very meticulous, detailed-oriented and professional throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did in a such timely fashion. I would very highly recommend Stanley Teng (Zoom Drain SD) to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable plumber.
