Roto Rooter was amazing to deal with! They came out within 2 hrs of my call and were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m new to septic Nd wasn’t exactly sure what was going on with my backed up pipes, but Brandon could diagnose the issue no problem! Reasonably priced as well! Thank you!

Our experience with Roto-Rooter was Fantastic! We had an emergency situation with roots invading a pipe causing a backup. I called and explained the situation. Brandon arrived promptly on the same day! He explained each process concerning this matter and ultimately it was determined that a root was invading our pipe to the street. Chris arrived and he explained the procedure, the pricing and Brandon went to work on repairing the pipe. Brandon and other co-workers worked diligently to dig the hole, and found and repaired the pipe and filled in the hole. Brandon returned the next evening and completed the Job. Thank You to Brandon and your crew for your effort and professionalism. I will call them again, as I highly recommend Brandon and the Roto-Rooter Team!

Brandon was amazing. He came out to my house for an emergency after hours call for a leaking kitchen faucet, and water all over my floors and dishwasher. He was very informative, kind, and helpful. I had a badly clogged bathtub drain that was draining extremely slowly. We called this plumbing service and they did an outstanding job fixing the issue. David went above and beyond to have all our showers working well and installed two water heaters with new fittings to our water supply. He stayed late in order to make sure we had water that night. He suggested repairs which we needed and didn’t realize it until he showed us the evidence. Michael was so kind and thorough with his work! We had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain, we’ve had other plumbers come out twice and they couldn’t fix the problem. He figured out the issue was with our drain, not the pipe and repaired it quickly.

Stephen R. was the tech that assisted me when I had a pipe burst in the wall. He was very helpful! He even explained everything he was doing. Even though it was later in the evening and into the night, he remained patient and kind. Very grateful! I will need assistance replacing some bathroom faucets in the near future, and will definitely use this company again!!

David & Diego did the pipe repair/replacement for the kitchen at work. Efficient , very professional & collaborated with us for the most effective way to do his job with minimal effect on our operation. I would recommend his team anytime.

Mi Michael was diligent, professional and very kind as he located the problem of the back up line and after working nonstop the first day he came back on Sunday to finish the work he was awesome. Highly recommend him and Jacob was also great with the equipment of the camera to locate the root problem that was creating the back up in the main line. Thank you both you were great.!!!

Solid work and customer service by David Bolanos and his team! He came out to try and fix my old water heater, which we weren't able to, and instead we started on the process of getting a new one. Signed off on paperwork and the next day they started and finished the install! I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. They responded quickly and showed up on time, which I really appreciated. The technician Francisco was professional, explained exactly what the issue was, and walked me through the repair before doing anything. No pressure and no surprises.

They cleared the problem efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The area was also cleaned up afterward, which doesn’t always happen with service calls.
