Service guy was REALLY nice. But besides that, company was unprofessional and unhelpful. Only used the company because they are contracted with my Lowe's warranty. When filing a claim, Lowes let me pick a time and date, so I took off work for that appointment. Appliance Service Plus called me the next day and said they were unavailable during my scheduled appointment and changed it, and were unable to give me a time window until the day before. So, I changed my work schedule again to accommodate them. The next appointment was made to install the needed parts on my washer, so I took off work for that appointment. The time window of my appointment window came and went and no one showed. I was notified an hour AFTER my appointment that the service guy didn't check to make sure he had the necessary parts for the day until it was time for my appointment and he no longer had my parts, so they needed to come a different day and time. So because the company was unprepared, I had to miss work again for no reason. I had to take off 4 times from work for 2 short appointments, and there was absolutely NO apology or consideration, and were quite rude and acted like I was the inconvenience.

It took 4 visits (a month and a half) to fix my dishwasher, because there was more than 1 issue, and that wasn't diagnosed in the first visit, or caught by testing out the unit after the first issue was fixed. But, I think it is finally fixed.
We had 2 different repair techs come to our home to work on it. We were not impressed with the second one. He came into our home to fix our dishwasher, and spent the first 20 minutes talking about how ridiculous dishwashers are, how much cleaner dishes get when you wash them by hand, etc. It was very odd. Then he told me I was wrong, when I told him how fast my dishwasher used to heat up. When my husband asked him not to argue with me, he said he wasn't trying to argue, he was just stating the facts. The other tech was very nice, but didn't catch the second issue with the unit when he first diagnosed the problem.
The office is very responsive, send reminders, and were able to get things scheduled fairly quickly and easily. We did have a holdup in the last appointment, but I don't know if it was this office or my home warranty office that caused that.

Did come promptly on same day, but very quick assessment. Unplugged fridge, didn’t get response and was done. After leaving plugged fridge back in and was able to show initial error message. Did not want to return to reassess despite just leaving. Understand fridge maybe fried and I am not an expert, but left feeling like visit didn’t warrant fee paid.

This is the second time that we've used Appliance Services plus to come and repair an Appliance. First time was the ice maker and water dispenser in our refrigerator and this second time was our dryer. I called Appliance services Plus and they immediately set an appointment for the very next day and he came out within the time frame they allotted us. He was very pleasant and professional and fixed our issue with our dryer within 20 minutes.

Our dryer has been out for two weeks.

Don’t trust this company. They cover for employee laziness. I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance and took the day off for it. I get a call that goes to voicemail at 4:53 pm asking if we’re home. We have cameras no one came to the door. I call him back at 4:55 pm repeatedly no answer. I call the office and they say he’s out of the area, my guess is he never was in the area. Then I’m expected to take more time off to cover their laziness and incompetence to reschedule for another day.

    Complete lack of professionalism.

Update: Tech Logan came out the next day, which is the only reason why this review gets one more store. Going thru other reviews it looks like he is the cleanup person for techs who don’t do their job. Give him a bonus.

Also, after multiple calls and this posting, no one from management has contacted me despite assurances from their operator/persons who answers their phone lines.

In the last 6 months I’ve had to switch out my ice maker 3 different times. First 2 times with a different appliance service company, last 3 visits with Matt, from Appliance Service Plus. All the other techs just mentioned that my Samsung was notorious for having a faulty ice maker & replaced it, sometimes after weeks of “waiting” on the part, that was it. Well 3rd time around Appliance Service Plus was sent out & right away before the tech (Matt) even showed up, just from speaking to me on the phone less than 5 minutes, knew exactly what I was dealing with. He took the time to explain to me what was going on & was as helpful as he possibly could be to help me once & for all fix the issue. He’s come out to my house 3 different times & each time he's done his best to give me as much information possible & actually fix the issue not just replacing the ice maker over & over again… & call it a day. It’s been a VERY FRUSTRATING couple of months dealing with this. It’s nice to know there’s still people/companies out there, that are looking out for their clients, not just trying to get an easy payout. Matt was the perfect example of that.

I was a Department Manager for an employer. The client was always our first priority. We did not degrade or condemn the client. We always tried to make things right. We also had to always act professional. Much of what I have to say is based on my personal professional experiences. I do refer to us, the consumer, as the client, which we truly are.

Appliance Service Plus is a 3rd party to repair my washing machine used by the vendor.
The Service was anything but what I would have ever expect.

The tech arrived on Tuesday, only day service area, to evaluate washer. The Tech was very professional and polite. Leak was discovered. Parts were ordered. Note - the leak at this time required a single bath towel to adsorb the water for several simultaneous loads.
I was contacted via telephone, parts were being sent to my home. I was to call once they arrived, which I did.
The tech could not be scheduled for the coming Tuesday, so he was scheduled for the following Tuesday.
Same tech was there to replace the defective parts. Again, he was professional and polite. Items were replaced with no evidence of a leak. He gave me instructions what to do if there was an issue. During the rinse cycle, again washer began to leak. It was much worst. Now took 10 bath towels to adsorb the water. This was for a single load.
The Technician is not part of the issue. He in fact questioned why they treat me this way? They should have scheduled this on Monday to be his last appointment on that Wednesday, next day. He was frustrated that I had to wait 8 days for Appliance Service Plus to address this issue. Demonstrates to me how committed this tech is with the clients.

    Issue begins here:
Per Tech's instructions given to me before he left, I contacted Appliance Service Plus same night to report the leak and it was much worst. I knew I would need to leave a voicemail, which I did.
Their voicemail intro stated they would contact me - Never Happened. I contacted them Wednesday afternoon, the next day, giving them time to contact me. I sent videos and pictures of issue while on phone. Told they would get back with me - Never Happened. I was not available to attend to this issue on Thursday - still no contact from Appliance Service Plus. Friday, I contacted vendor, new work order completed. Told by vendor, Appliance Service Plus would contact me by end of business day - Never Happened. Received text message, after business hours, on that same Friday, telling me to contact them. I immediately called the number in the text message. Again, voicemail. I left message that in all reality they should be out here the next day, Saturday, to fix the issue.
Important note - they are only open Monday - Friday. They do not have after hours service.

Monday contacted vendor then Appliance Service Plus. First person I spoke with was trying to find all information from my Tuesday evening/Wednesday contact with them, including the pictures and video. I was placed on hold.

I spoke with the manager. She was anything but respectful and very unprofessional. She demonstrated that I was a nuisance to Appliance Service Plus. I was informed by her (the manager):
    * They DO NOT call to schedule appointments or follow through.
    * With a work order it is the clients, responsibility to contact them.
    * Sending a text message was the same as a phone call from them... not the case before or with any business I have done business with.
    * DO NOT care regarding voice messages, when I brought this issue up to her.

Management of Appliance Service Plus, has made their position very clear. They ignore us, their clients.
I will never use this company again for any service I need, once this issue is resolved.
Appliance Service Plus, have made themselves very clear to me, the world revolves around them. They have forgotten this major and very important principle, Respect and care about the client, FIRST.

Outstanding service from initial phone call to service call. My call was answered by a person, not a message machine asking to leave a message. Sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she was efficient and asked good questions to give the service person a heads up of the problem. I was given an appointment with a time window later that day. I was very pleased that they were able to come the next day.

John was the technician who came to my house. He called ahead and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem quickly. No parts were needed, it happened to be an adjustment of some kind and I was grateful to have my dishwasher back in working order.

I have already recommended your company to two people. And I will be happy to recommend your company to others in need of your services.

Thank you for your excellent service from start to finish..

Friendly, great customer service! Was quick and knowledgeable of his profession! I appreciate you and all your support in getting our necessary appliance back up and running as our family, especially the little ones, count on it to work! Have a great day and weekend! God Bless! 😊

The service guy was AWESOME! Very thoughtful about how to fix the problem, great at explaining what was going on and the fix, and gave me extra info about about the dishwasher. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, I have his card somewhere.

Luis and Peter were great! They diagnosed the problem and went the extra mile to pull out the appliances and check the electrical connection to see if they could fix the issue without just pushing it back to warranty and having us go back and forth with Frigidaire and the homebuilder to try and fix the issue
So appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service!

I had a technician come out to look at my oven on April 16, 2025. He said it needed a mother board. I gave him our extended warranty insurance information to take back to the office and haven’t heard from them since. 3 months have passed with numerous calls,Emails and texts. The Technician charged me $140.00 and my oven is not repaired.

Recently we bought a LG refrigerator and the ice maker did not work. Our dealer scheduled us with Appliance Center Plus for repair. We wound up requiring two visits to resolve the problem. Both times, the appointment was scheduled quickly, we were given a two hour window, and the technician called ten minutes prior to his arrival. Tom was professional, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

Dealing with this company for the second time on a warranty repair. The first time, they said the compressor on my refrigerator was bad. They ordered a replacement under LG warranty. They would not schedule the install until the part arrived at my house, then they told us they could not schedule until we verified the right part came.
The second time, same refrigerator, 3 weeks later, they are saying it is the cooling coils, they have to order a part. Part arrived at their office, they called to set an appointment. Original install time between 11 and 1, perfect time. Later that evening they changed the time by text to 2-4, impossible time as I have to leave the house to pick up my granddaughter from school, at 3:00, almost 30 minutes away. When I called the office to see if we could narrow down the time due to my pre-existing schedule, all the person on the phone could say is you are scheduled between 2 and 4, they will call you 10 minutes before they arrive.

Efrain was excellent. Very professional, very polite, he took time to explain the issues. He had to come a couple of times, but he did a great job. Strongly recommend.

Well, they are the company Lowe's uses for my warranty on my washing machine. They scheduled me out 9 days in advance after I made the appointment. Called me before the night before they were supposed to come because their tech was sick, and scheduled me two weeks later. My family needs clean clothes! I paid for the warranty. What the heck!

If your warranty company chooses this repair company just go ahead and tell them to send someone else out. They will break you appliance even further and then refuse to come back out and repair their mistakes. Their employees are lazy and incompetent. Completely untrustworthy company and it shows in their reviews for other warranty repairs.

Used them for my warranty repair on my washing machine, their tech had to come out 4 different times and each time he broke my washing machine further. The guy sounded completely unsure of his work, the first thing he said was, "I've never worked on LG washing machines before". Why is this guy being sent out to work on my washing machine then? Every time he came out he took at least three smoke breaks, even though he was only here for an hour tops. He broke the LCD control panel on the front of the machine in the process of dismantling it. It then started making a grinding metal, screeching, and whining noise, this is a brand new washer. They reported to LG that everything was fixed and then refused to come back out and fix the problem he made. On top of all this the original leak that he was supposed to fix started right back up again three months later. Sears came out and diagnosed the problem instantly, he had incorrectly reinstalled the drum which caused it to break completely. What a joke of a company and their employees are about as stupid as they come.

This service company sent an awesome repair man who has amazing repair skills. Efrain was very knowledgeable and a true professional. He repaired my refrigerator made sure he covered every possible issue that could go wrong with it. He ordered parts and install them and had it up and working like new again. I really appreciate his attention to details and the effort he put into my service call. He is truly a master of his craft. I will be using Appliance Service Plus in the future if I have any other appliance issues.

Do NOT trust this company! They came to fix my oven and charged me $250 and said once they got the part in, they’d return my call. It’s been almost 4 months. The oven company said they sent the part to them a while ago.

I have called and texted their number many times and they have still not responded. So now I am not only out $250, but have gone 4 months without a working oven.

I was very happy with the work Matt did. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and has some great work ethics. He was super friendly and helpful. In my personal opinion Matt deserves a raise. I know that if I come across more problem's with my appliances, I will be requesting Appliance Service Plus.
