My dishwasher stopped working and after reading all the great reviews on Express Appliance I called for more information. My experience was fantastic, Aram was very helpful and made sure to check my settings and circuit breakers before he set up an appointment to diagnose the problem. Aram was very professional and prompt. My circuit board was bad and he was able to get the correct parts and everything working. The service was the very best, fair price and I totally TRUST him. I recommend this company!

Our freezer was frosting up. After manually defrosting and restarting, it did it again. I looked for a local appliance repair business and found Express Appliance online, with a lengthy time in business and good reviews. After calling and talking with Aram, he came out the following afternoon. Turns out he is my neighbor living in the next block!

Aram checked the drain hose, etc. but noted that the seal on the right side of the door was not completely seated. He recommended defrosting, cleaning, and waiting 24 hours before starting the unit.

Despite my offering to pay, Aram did not charge me for the quick visit and advice.

We followed his instructions and it appears everything is working now as it should. I will recommend Aram and this business to anyone needing appliance repair!

We had our washer and dryer fixed by Aram a couple months ago. He was fast answering my calls and txts. Very professional and such a nice guy. Also recommend us to another company to clean our vents (which was needed) before continuing his work. Highly recommend his services if you need someone trustworthy. He’s an honest guy and knows what he’s doing. My wife who was at home when he fixed our appliances told me how quick he was to spot the problem and how friendly he is. Highly recommend Aram and definitely will reach out to him if I ever need his services.

Aram is the REAL DEAL! Fixed my LG Fridge in a snap! Reached out on Saturday and Aram came on Wednesday, day after the part came in! Will use Aram in the future if my LG fridge breaks again. Don't bother going elsewhere, reach out to Aram!!

Excellent service. Aram called ahead to let me know what time he was coming. He repaired my washing machine and fixed the door on my dryer. He knew instantly what was wrong with my washing machine and fixed it quickly. He was polite and professional and I really appreciate that. I feel he went above and beyond to help me. I intend to use this company in the future and I’m going to recommend it to all my friends.

Aram scheduled to come repair my refrigerator the same day I called him. He gave me a 2 hour window and was able to accommodate me earlier than expected. He was very professional, detailed, and made sure to explain to me everything he was doing. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Aram did such an amazing job, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First of all, very kind and trustworthy. Called 20 minutes before arrival and was on the dot. He is very meticulous/efficient with his work and knowledgeable about all things. My washer and dryer were not working properly, he found the issues as well as some hazards, ordered the parts, installed, took apart the dryer completely and it’s like brand new. Aram is the best! Professional, knowledgeable, yet very personable. My oven did not work, baking element cracked. Aram looked up the inventory the distributor company uses. Had one element left for my make of oven. Called distributor and had them hold it for him. Aram just left-all done in less than 4 hrs. Oven fixed and now I will be able to make my part of the family Christmas meal this weekend. He truly saved Christmas 🎄.

Aram was super friendly and helpful, checked out my LG electric range that wasn’t working and he was able to determine that there wasn’t anything wrong with my range and that it was actually a problem with my breaker. He even recommended a good electrician to help with the problem. If you’re having an issue with your large appliances I would definitely recommend Aram. He’s super friendly and fast to respond to calls or texts. Can’t say enough good things about his work!

There is a reason this company has over a hundred fifty, 5 star reviews. Their service is top notch. Aram was our technician and he was excellent. Our washer needed over $400 in repairs and he recommended we get a new washer instead of repairing it. He explained everything so well and gave us very specific recommendations for a new machine. He even new which machine was on sale at Home Depot and what the price was. He also said to give him a call if we have any questions while we are out shopping for a new machine. This is a great company. They are honest, knowledgeable, and provide great service.

If there is more than five stars , I would rate it for Aram also . On Saturday night while I had the whole week’s laundry loads to wash , all of a sudden my 3 years old Maytag washer broke, it was a disaster to me, I started to Google appliance services in Fresno and I was so lucky to find Aram, I picked to contact his company after I saw the excellent reviews about his honesty, professionalism and fast service, I am so glad that I did . I really appreciate how fast his response was although it was the weekend , he was so kind , professional , and straightforward . He was able to diagnose the problem in seconds , all of that was through FaceTime and he gave me few instructions to reset the washer and in few minutes the problem was solved .i just want to say again : thank you so very much Aram for your time and your great help to me. If I have any issues with appliances in the future , I will definitely call Aram , he is the only man for the job.

Our dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called them And scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time.
Within an hour he was able to diagnose the problem. All the propellers had broken off the motor. He got the part and got us going quickly. Very knowledgeable, polite and courteous service! Definitely will be using them again in the future. Thank you!
