Excellent service, quick and effective. Needed to order a part to fully repair our oven, but he was able to offer us a temporary repair and came back within a week with the part that was needed for a permanent repair. Thank you!!

Volodymyr Mazhnyy was a pleasure to work with. He is very nice and professional. He came out and diagnosed our oven problem within 10 minutes. He ordered parts and called to make an appointment to come back out once the parts were in. On both visits he called 1 hour before arrival to let us know he was on his way. The replacement of the part took about 15 minutes and he was finished. He also remembered to turn off the breakers before repairs and to turn the breakers on after the repair. I don't see this level of professional service very often. Thank You Volodymyr!

Awesome service. Super professional and polite! Reached out for an appointment - stove had a gas leak - and received a response within minutes! Plus he was able to come out same day! Diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix the leak. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Vladimir was prompt on coming to my home. While working he was clean and organized and he fixed my dryer, washing machine, dish washer and refrigerator in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend MVI for any appliance repair needs, you won't be disappointed.

My kitchen Aid refrigerator freezer was leaking water consistently. I called my Home Warranty, company and after two days, they dispatched a local appliance service company. The technician came after I was waiting for eight hours, and used some instruments and finally said, I will submit my report to my supervisor. I waited 3 days and nothing happened. The technician told me that the Freon gas is low and needs to be recharged. Later on, I found the diagnosis was totally wrong and irrelevant. Then on fourth day, my Home Warranty company dispatched another company named MVI Appliances Services. Within less than an hour Mr. Volodymyr Nazhny, the owner of the MVI, called and after 20 minutes, he showed up in my house. He just by looking in the inside of the freezer areas, said: “I know exactly what is happening”. His diagnosis was that a lot of ice is accumulated in the back of coil area, due to lack of proper cold air circulation. Then, he used few instruments and solved the problem in less than forty minutes. Mr. Volodymyr is very experienced, knowledgably and highly reliable person. Before, he starts to work on the project, he very clearly explains what is the source of the problem, and what he will do to fix the problem. He is an honest person and has pleasant and enjoyable personality. I recommend him very highly.

Update: Volodymyr came back with bad news on our freezer..it will cost more to fix it than get a new one.

We called our insurance because our dishwasher door broke.
A guy called us and said he was going on vacation...uh .
So today my husband called the insurance. They sent us.
MVI appliance & handyman services, Volodymyr showed up in about thirty minutes later.
Went right to work fixing my dishwasher right up.

MVI was fantastic at helping me with my dryer issue. I never had to call to follow up on scheduling or parts, he was proactive in communicating and reaching out to me. I will only ever call MVI for my future repairs. 10/10!
