I made a call for service after hours and was called promptly the next morning. My service call was scheduled for the following day and I was reminded by an automated message. The tech arrived as expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for repairs. I chose to replace the unit but I am very happy with the service I received. I will definitely use again!

I called Conner’s to schedule an appointment for a dishwasher repair. I was hoping they could open up the front panel because I accidentally did something really stupid….. put dish soap in the rinse aid compartment. After speaking with Katie (a REAL PERSON!) who spoke with their service tech, she told me there is actually no way to get into that compartment. Instead, she relayed to me what the service tech suggested I try myself. And it WORKED! I am so happy!! The honesty and integrity of this company to help me without scheduling and charging for a service call blows my mind. You just don’t see that kind of care in customer service anymore. I will absolutely use Conner’s if the need arises in the future, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Definitely disappointed. Service person came out, he said regarding my washer that a computer part couldn't be ordered. So therefore I would have to by a washer. I called another service company and he reset washer. It's working, yes he will order a few parts and come back.i pad $99 for this

The repairman came to the house the same day I called for assistance, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was polite as well. Quick excellent service! I highly recommend Conner's for appliance repair.

My oven igniter stopped working and I attempted to replace myself. Hit a snag and called Conner’s. They were able to send a tech next day to complete what I had started. Less than 2 hours later, part replaced and oven put back together and working. Excellent service, fair price!! Will call or recommend for future appliance repairs.

I've been a Conner's Appliance customer for a few years now and have had 4 different appliances serviced. Most recently (Nov/2025) Conner's sent a service tech named Richard to service my refrigerator. Richard was knowledgeable and personable. Richard diagnosed the problem quickly, then provided a reasonable quote for the repair to which I accepted. Richard fixed my refrigerator and it has been working great. Conner's will continue to be my go-to appliance repair company whenever the need arises. Just a side note, the repair was a bit costly but it was significantly cheaper than buying a new refrigerator.
