We have used Zip 3 times in the past and they were ALWAYS honest, fast, fairly priced and did GREAT work and this time was no different. My hot water heater went out and my home warranty company sent out a different company who was definitely not an "Honest Plumber," or fast or good. After a week and a half of my hot water heater not being repaired, I was able to get my claim assigned to Zip. Was fixed the same day and for less than the original guys.

Zip is the BEST and ONLY choice!

Angel displayed an enormous amount of knowledge regarding my oven. He was able to complete the repair with his first diagnosis! Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Zip Appliance and will continue to use them in the future!

Awful company. Lid locking mechanism broke on my washing machine. Looked up how to fix it and the part ($25). As I work two jobs I opted to call someone to do the repair and expected to pay about $200. Was charged a service fee to look at the machine which would be applied to the repair. I was given a $430 quote. RIDICULOUS! $25 dollars to Amazon and 1.5 hours of my time and it was fixed. Mind you I am out the $139 service fee. These guys are experts at ripping you off! Call someone else.

Great service, a knowledgeable technician, and an honest and transparent estimate! Plus, I have great peace of mind now that I am signed up with Zip Club for all my appliances and I can count on that great service in the future!

Matt was excellent! He was able to tell me what the problem could be over the phone because I missed my appointment time. I was able to get home and resolve the issue. If you're in the visaila area he is the best. Will use him for any appliance issues in the future.

Moses was pleasant and fast with his service. Would 100% recommend having him as a technician. Will be using this service again if my fridge breaks.

$139 paid. Zero repair. Promised parts in 5 days—now over 3 weeks with no dryer. They spilled laundry products, left the mess, and took my dryer knob.

When I asked for my part back and a refund, they said I could get the knob—but not my money. So I’m financially held hostage, waiting and hoping they eventually do the job they already promised.

At this point, the only thing they’ve fixed is their ability to keep and take more cash.

Moses and Jake were great they came in and got it done quickly. Very friendly guys and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it.
I will be using them from now on.

Jackob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what issues he found and how he would fix the issue. He answered all of our questions and offered us information on the programs the company offers. If we ever need an appliance repaired we will contact Zip again.

Angel came by and provided us with a part and labor repair price. I was looking for an honest assessment and that's what he provided. I never felt like I was being pushed to purchase something and he was very helpful with providing other options in the event thay we changed our mind.

I scheduled a service call to inspect an old built-in fridge, which I specified… old, built-in, SubZero. They asked me to send detailed pictures of the fridge and the manufacturer tag. The tech that showed up was early and very friendly. He inspected it, confirmed it was a bad compressor and also needed a seal that they didn’t make anymore and no aftermarket substitute was available. That was the easiest $250 I’ve ever spent in my life.

I don’t understand what was the point of the pictures sent days ahead of the appointment if not to verify it was something they could actually work on 🤷‍♂️

Jacob did a great job! He is professional and very customer friendly. Down to earth and experienced. Came when he said he would be here. Called prior to make sure it was still a good day and time. Quick with great results. Very appreciative

Zip Appliance damaged my refrigerator during an inspection by scratching the doors, then flat-out denied responsibility and blamed me. The refrigerator was in good condition before they arrived.

Their response was unacceptable. Instead of taking accountability, the only thing they offered was a service fee refund, which does nothing to repair the damage they caused. No apology. No real solution. Just excuses and finger-pointing.

This is a serious red flag. If a company can damage your property in your own home and then refuse to stand behind their work, they should not be trusted. This is not how a professional service operates.

Document everything or avoid this company entirely. I regret hiring Zip Appliance and would not recommend them under any circumstances.
