Zip is great. Membership is totally worth it to have diagnostic calls be easily scheduled throughout the year with members being prioritized. The work delivered is also superb, quick, professional, and all around a great experience. I recently had both of my Jenn Air ovens experience different issues and our assigned tech, Angel, was able to identify the issue quickly and repair it as soon as we got the parts. Angel did an amazing job and he was incredibly professional. Highly recommend.
