Ed was at our home to repair a GE refrigerator. The problem was not easy to diagnose but Ed was persistent and was able find the problem. We will use Reliable again and I’ll be sure to request Ed.

We made two appointments, one to repair our Viking refrigerator/freezer and two, to service our Sub Zero. The same technician came out who was very knowledgeable and he had the replacement parts with him. The repair and service charges were economical. I highly recommend Conner's Appliance.

Wonderful service, people on the phone at their main office. Very knowledgeable. Technicians know what they’re doing and the price was right. Fix both my LG washer and dryer in about an hour and 10 minutes.

It was suggested I call Connor appliance repair and service as they are capable and trustworthy. In both cases of repair, the source of the appliance fault was diagnosed accurately. The replacement part was ordered and delivered as promised. The technician returned, repaired and cleaned the unit.. gave me recommendations on how to maintain my units and warranted the any work done. I never needed to call them back and in the case of the Drier that was three years ago. The stove top was repaired last week and has functioned properly ever since their visit for the repair. I recommend d them without exception for any repair to household appliance.

Awesome guy. He actually had to wait for me cause I was coming from work but he was good about it. His name was Josh. Awesome guy with really good experience. Had a quick chat with him and he was able to figure out the problem within 10 mins. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family that would need assistance.

They service built-in Thermador refrigerators which is hard to find. While he was here I showed him a pesky little issue with my beverage fridge. Two other appliance guys have looked at it in the past but they either didn’t know how to fix it or didn’t really care to try. This guy fixed it up quickly and we are so happy! It’s the little things. They’ll be my first call for any future Thermador issues.

The technician for our sub-zero fridge was scheduled sooner than I anticipated. The cost was much lower than I feared. The repair was performed immediately and I was happy with the entire transaction. I recommend Conner for their speed, honesty, and professionalism.

Jeff was able to repair grandma's oven and stand alone stove top for us when several other places in town would not even schedule a check. He was very professional and helpful.
