Don’t do business with this company. Vladimir never opened up the back of my refrigerator & determined it was a seal & Freon issue??? He wasted my time refused to diagnose it completely which ended up to be a compressor issue ? Consumer beware

I had an issue with my washing machine and I did not want to replace it. MVI stopped by and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 min. Great service!

My dryer broke down, I called MVI at 10a, Mr. Mazhnyy was at my house by 2:30 and my dryer was fixed by 3p!! Super nice guy!! Would highly recommend!!

I would not recommend this business at all. He diagnosed our fridge as not having freon. We had a second service business come out and it turns out our compressor was broken and we needed a new evap line. MVI appliance is not a good business at all. Do not give them your business at all.

MVI saved our oven! It stopped working this weekend, and he was able to assess and find the part that shorted, found and replaced it the next day. Saved us from buying a whole new oven. Reliable and would highly recommend!

I’ve had two positive repair experiences (microwave, washing machine) with MVI. On both occasions, he responded in a timely manner and the problem was corrected in a few days, which included the ordering of special parts. MVI is my go-to repair guy for all appliance needs.

Volodymer is a highly professional, skilled and courteous repairman. He worked us in and arrived the same day our call was made. In less than an hour he fixed both the stove top and oven. I would give more stars if I could!!

We recently purchased a new home, and it came with a home warranty policy. When we discovered on a Monday evening that the dishwasher soap dispenser didn't work (surprise - it passed the home inspection for the purpose of the sale though!), we scheduled a service. We didn't know who would be assigned to come to our home. When Volodymyr Mazhnyy (owner/operator) called to schedule the service on Tuesday morning, he said he could be here on Tuesday afternoon. Great!

When he came, we thought for sure he would not be able to fix the 25-year-old soap dispenser. He went out to his well-equipped work van, and within several minutes he was back with just the part he needed to fix that little door, and fix it he did.

Amazingly, after putting the dishwasher door back together, he also helped me to find a user manual for the dishwasher - that was no easy task, either. He searched on his phone while my husband and I also searched. In my view, he went above and beyond. I would use him in the future, and hope that any future service calls through my home warranty policy would be assigned to MVI as well.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Volodymyr at MVI. We manage hundreds of properties here in the Fresno area and by default we deal with a lot of appliance repair companies and repairman. We have had some really bad experiences in the past with other companies due to the fact that they are not as skilled at trouble shooting as Volodymyr. Appliance repair is a really tricky business. Our tenants are always upset that their trusted staple appliance is not working and want it fixed ASAP. Then we have our landlords who want it fixed ASAP but for the least amount of money, and don’t want to spend more than it would cost to buy a working used appliance. MVI helps us get the job done right, fast and for a good price. Volodymyr shows up with a smile, dressed impeccably and is very reasonable. I wish all or vendors in this line of work had the integrity and completed the quality of work and fairness as MVI. Thanks for always being there when we need you!

MVI Appliance was able to diagnose and fix a complicated problem with my old and obscure make of clothes washer. He came when he said he would and was gentlemanly throughout. I am very satisfied with his work.
