This company is actually awful. They outsource their work to other companies, so you have no idea who is actually coming, or if they actually know what they’re doing. We have a Wolf Stove and we’re under the assumption they would send someone qualified. Unfortunately they sent some guy named Roger that didn’t know what he was doing and pretty much told us as much? We were informed (and this is listed on the website) that there is a free service call with repair. This is false. The technician charged us the service call, his own service charge, a labor charge and for the parts totaling $300. He also said it needed to be through Venmo or he would charge even more. Ok, whatever, but not only did he not fix the issue, he actually made it worse. When I called the company they said they would have someone a manager reach out. Nope - it was the original technician that messed up our stove. Why would I want someone to come back and fix an issue they didn’t actually fix, but made worse in the first place? He did end up coming out again, said he had to order a part, and after that nothing. Our stove is still not fixed (he messed up the burner cap area and several burners still click simultaneously), we got ghosted by the tech that hasn’t contacted us in nearly three weeks, and we’re out $300. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

For just the service fee to come out and look at it was $140. My dishwasher was officially going to need to be replaced. They were very professional. I think if they can’t fix it there shouldn’t be a charge. I could have used that $140 towards my new dishwasher.

My encounter with Wolf Appliance Repair was excellent. The technician was on time, quickly identified the issue and completed the repair flawlessly. Their excellent repair and amiable service far surpassed my expectations..

Aram came in August to fix my refrigerator. I called that morning and he was here in 2 hours and was very skilled and did a great job. My unit is very old and it has been freezing my wine so I called him today and he was back out in 2 hours and trouble shot the refrigerator and figured out I need 2 parts. He did not charge me for the service call and is trying to locate the parts for me... I highly recommend him!!!

Aram was top notch! Firstly, he actually answers his phone unlike all the other companies I called when my washing machine started leaking water. He answered his phone late evening on a Friday and was at my home by noon on Saturday. My washing machine ended up being beyond repair. Arman informed me that he could fix it but was probably not worth it to fix. He did not charge me anything for his time - he refused to accept payment. I went and bought a new washing machine later that day and had my husband install it. My husband did not know what he did wrong so I called Arman and he walked my husband through the process! Best in class for appliance repair. It is rare to find someone so professional, reliable and honest.

They immediately called me and scheduled a virtual ZOOM visit - they called EXACTLY at the time promised and easily diagnosed my refrigerator issue VIRTUALLY! Aram was available with in 2 hours from the time I called him. He was friendly and professional when he arrived to fix my stove. He even gave me solid advice on preventative maintenance on other appliances in my home. I will definitely use his services again.

He recommended that I buy a new washer rather than repair my old one, indicating that he is honest, since he wouldn't be getting any monetary gain by that recommendation. He also recommended getting an LG brand which I already preferred from reading Consumer Reports ratings.

Aram is a wonderful and knowledgeable man. He made time to fix our fridge the same day when it stopped working. He saved us from having to throw away all our food. He also has great prices and he doesn't try to overcharge you like other repairman might. He takes the time to explain to you what he is doing and why and teaches you about your appliance as he fixes it. I will never call anyone else again and would recommend him to everyone. He takes care of his customers and makes you feel like you are old friends. I can't speak highly enough of this man and his repairs. Give him a call and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Aram did a wonderful job fixing my ice maker and giving my refrigerator a complete cleaning/service. Then he moved on and serviced my dryer. He was on time and worked diligently in taking care of my appliance needs. Very professional, yet warm and friendly. Prices were fair. We have required Aram's professional attention three times now. The first time he fixed our freezer, the second our oven and today we needed his help with our microwave. Each time he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and we are so grateful for him. When the microwave wasn't working i said to my husband "Ugh, the microwave isn't working, but, at least we can call Aram!" He is trustworthy and fair. I would trust him for any issue with our appliances.
