Tom did an outstanding job repairing our dryer. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly identify and fix the issue, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent future problems. He showed great care for the appliance while being efficient and exact with his method. Our dryer is now running perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the service. It’s great to see that there are still people who take pride in their workmanship. Highly recommended!

The technician was very knowledgeable, he explained what was wrong and the repair process. After he repaired my appliance he checked everything to ensure it was working properly and he explained when I could use it and what to do if the appliance was not working properly. Tech was awesome! He was familiar with my LG stove, and even though he couldn't replicate the issue, he knew what may have fixed it. The oven functions would indicate they were working, but shut down within seconds. The controls worked well when the tech tried. He asked if thrre had been any power glitches, and I told him not before the oven controls stopped working, but we had a 15 minute outage after the repair appointment was set up. Tech thought the power failure triggered a stuck relay to close.

I will highly recommend Appliance Service Plus in the future! Our oven stopped working and our technician Luis was able to diagnose and repair the broken element the same day. Luis was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our oven is working very well, and I am so grateful for their prompt, thorough and excellent service!! The first technician replaced the wrong ice maker. I made it clear to the scheduler and the technician that the ice bites were fine, but the ice cubes stopped working. He ordered the part and came back to replace it. He said everything was working fine before he left, even confirmed both sides chimed when I asked. I waited 24 hours and never heard the ice cubes work and the ice cubes bin was still totally empty, but ice bites were full. Called and let them know, person on the phone said that technician replaced the ice bites side, not the ice cubes side. When I asked why, I was told that the technician diagnosed the ice bites not working and ordered that part, not the ice cubes. Went back and forth with her for a minute about their error, then just asked her to please send someone else out to fix it correctly. Fast forward to Logan, who came out and fixed the correct side. He was super friendly, listened, understood my frustration, apologized, inspected the ice makers, explained what possibly could have been the reason for the error, then proceeded to fix the original issue (ice cubes) and explain things to me to help prevent any other issues with the freezer in the future. Very helpful! The 4 stars is for my overall experience with the company, but Logan gets 5 stars. Thank you, Logan!

If I could leave zero stars I definitely would! This company came out to check my dryer on March 28th( Friday). Tech stated it needed a new belt and one would have to be ordered . He said it should be in by Tuesday the 1st. I spoke with them and they scheduled me for Friday the 4th for repair (said they had nothing sooner). I’m 2 weeks in with a broken dryer at this point. I called and text several times days before my appointment to confirm and never received a call back, text, nothing. I had to have another company come out and asked that they please bring a belt with them because that’s what this company said was the issue. Well they were wrong! It’s the motor and they didn’t bring this part with them so now that has to be ordered. Now we will be going on 3 weeks with no dryer due to this companies incompetence and complete unprofessionalism.

The appliance service man was very courtesy and gave me alot of information on my dryer he was working on. I would recommend them to any one.

I paid for a new curcuit board for my 8 year old GE dishwasher. When it was installed it did not work. Technician said he was removing the new one, replacing the old, and sending the new one back to supplier to get a replacement. I never got an appointment for the new installation, after technician left the part at his home. 5 days later the dishwasher started working with all of the original equipment. I asked for a refund on the circuit board and I was told that the technician did install a new one. That's a lie. He would not have been able to return a faulty new circuit board to the vendor and get a new one if he didn't have one and it was installed in my dishwasher. Honesty is the best policy. I'll find a different appliance repair company when next needed. Technician was a nice man but this is wrong.

Appliance Service Plus came back and fixed the dishwasher position. It's now in tip top shape. They also checked for leaks and could not find any. I'm increasing my review from 3 to 5 ⭐'s. They are genuinely trying to improve their process and it's a great 👍 thing for everyone.

Oh my goodness. Can I say a lifesavers!? The two gentlemen that arrived at my house were not only on time but quite professional. They asked many questions as did I and I received a lot of honest feedback. I have been without a washer since September and I was beyond frustrated with my machine. I had another company come out and attempt to fix my machine whom weren't successful. Essentially these gentlemen came in and fixed what the other company could not and then some. I am grateful for the two gentlemen that came out to my house and fixed my washer. I would recommend them time and time again. Thank you!!
