When I noticed our 6-y.o. Samsung refrigerator getting less cold last Friday, I called a couple of places and left messages before trying Express Appliance Services. Aram answered right away and happened to be finishing another call nearby so came over within 20 min. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and has since returned twice to order the correct parts and to fix the problem so that it now looks and works like a brand new fridge (see photo). Aram also volunteered to check on our ancient Kenmore refrigerator/workhorse in the garage to ensure it continued to work properly; in doing so, he vacuumed and cleaned the coils (and gave me advice about keeping our Maytag washer in good working condition, to boot!).

I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism, responsiveness, excellent communication, and quality service. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any other issues involving major appliances and will happily recommend him to my local family and friends. I accidentally washed my ring and was certain it was trapped in the machine. I called Aram after 7pm and he stepped away from his personal obligations to help me. He was able to get the machine apart and find my ring in record speed. He was professional and polite while I was crying mess. Highly recommend him for any services you may need.
