The lower oven of my double oven had stopped working and I called Conner’s. I wasn’t in a rush as the upper oven still worked, but I was able to get an appointment scheduled within 4 days. Jessie, my tech, was great. He called as he was leaving the appointment before mine and he figured out the issue quickly. He went over the parts and labor with me and, luckily, he actually had the necessary part on his truck! He had my oven fixed and back to working in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely call Conner’s for any future appliance repair.

I've used Conner's several times on different appliances with great success. Technician is knowledgeable and professional. They even pointed out repairs that qualify as warranty work. Best I've found in Santa Cruz County.

I've used Conner's Appliance for two separate issues that came up in our home. One was a microwave repair and the other a proper install of a gas dryer. Technicians were excellent and they guarantee their work which is more than most are willing to do these days. I've tried calling and or working with other appliance companies in the area and most don't call you back or do subpar work. Conner's is a great option and their support team will make sure you're problem gets into their queue asap.

My freezer had was leaking water on the floor for several months. When I finally called Conner's they were able to give me an appointment the following week. Jorge did a terrific job, was polite and friendly. I recommend him and Conner's for excellent repair work.

This is our second time using Conners Appliance repair (different appliances) and I just have to say they are the best!!! We contacted them for a washing machine leak and was able to get somebody out the next day! He came and evaluated the situation, explained everything to us, gave us a quote, ordered the part, came back to install it as promised, I mean, it doesn’t get any better! These guys know their stuff and are so polite, friendly, and reasonably priced. We are very happy customers!

The technician was very knowledgeable about the problem with my gas oven. He had the necessary part with him and was able to repair my oven that day. He was friendly and quick with his repairs. I called one day and they made an appointment for the next day and worked with my schedule. Excellent cutomer service.

Seth was the technician that came out to fix our Electrolux dryer and he was very quick to identify the problem. He gave me a clear understanding of what needed to be done and how much it would cost so we could make a logical decision to repair or replace the unit.

In this last year, I have had problems with my electric dryer and my refrigerator. With the prompt response and great service I received with my washer. I knew who to call when the refrigerator decided to quit cooling. Again, Connor’s were prompt took care of the problem and very reasonable. I think the top feature would be their staff. I have had two different gentlemen. They went right to work knew the problem and had it taken care of. I highly recommend Conners.

Dylan has been out a few times over the years to work on my Subzero refrigerator and freezer. He has always done an excellent job. The customer service is also excellent whenever I call in to get a service call scheduled.

Connors Appliance Service has always been excellent! They arrive quickly (ASAP), on time, and have experienced and qualified Service folks. Both Seth and Josh were extremely good and fixed both washer and dishwasher as needed. I always recommend Connors to others in our area when appliances need repair.

I had an excellent overall experience with Connor's. The scheduler was very pleasant and professional and went out of her way to squeeze in a repair of my Samsung dishwasher same-day, which I really appreciated. The technician was also highly professional with expert-level knowledge, spotlessly clean, was very tidy as he worked and respected the house. On top of that, he was very friendly and made pleasant conversation while he was working. I would certainly recommend and will likely use again, however the only reason for 4/5 stars is costliness: Connor's charges a $99 service fee that is *on top* of parts and labor. My repair was an easy fix which only took about 30 minutes, but still cost me $150 due to the service fee, which does not feel like a great value. In fairness, the scheduler explained the pricing very clearly over the phone, so none of this was a surprise, and it was worth it to me to get the repair taken care of the same day, but I may think twice before calling again for minor repairs. In my opinion, it would be more fair to apply the service fee to parts and labor, especially if the cost of parts and labor is less than the service fee.

Mark arrived timely after leaving a voicemail as to when to expect him. He was both friendly and professional. He got to work right away trouble shooting my dishwasher and found the problem quickly. No need for any parts or return visit. He advised if there was need to return within 30 days there would not be a new service call fee. The dishwasher has been performing splendidly since his visit. If l need service for appliances in the future l know who to call and l will recommend if anyone asks. Thanks!

Very professional!! Always call before they get here and they get here on time. Take the time to fix the Appliance right. Conners is the only appliance repair that I use. The reason for that is my confidence in them that the job will be done correctly and on time.

Not only was it fast, easy and convenient to book an appointment, Jeff the repair person was professional, knowledgeable, and he arrived on time each time. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator quickly, ordered the parts and scheduled the return visit for the actual repair. If you are looking for a cheap repair service, then jump in a time machine and head back to 1958 because there is no such thing as cheap any longer. Especially when it comes to the level of service, quality and professionalism that Connor's Appliance provides it's worth every penny. So don't be cheap. Save yourself a headache and get the job done right and support this local business.

Being without a refrigerator for 4 days, we wanted immediate service. The company was able to schedule us the next day after I contacted them. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly but was not able to perform any work due to LG warranty on the compressor.

I wish that I had written down your technicisn's name because he impressed both me and my wife with his thoroughness and forthrightness. He examined our vclothes drier and established how it was actually working producing heat. He advised us that while it was was in fact heating in some of the settings it was performing better on the timer cycle than on the other settings.
He gave us the price for replacing the control unit which was still functional, and given the quality of the drier which is 15 or more years old and still working if only on the timer cycle. He said that the cost to replace the control unit was almost the same as the cost of a new drier of the same class,and most probably has more life in it.

Given the life span of a new comparable drier (which have a much shorter life). We opted to wait awhile.

The result is that his honesty and professionalism just bought us the decision to buy from Conner Appliance the moment our drier goes on the ("fritz").

We have never been treated this well by any other technician, or appliance company, large or small.

The freezer drawer in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator had been sticking for quite some time so I called Conner's Appliance to send someone over to fix it. Mark arrived, pulled on the drawer, ran his hand along the bottom of it, then asked for a rag and some Windex. Both were right there in the kitchen. Mark began along the bottom of the drawer and then up the sides. It didn't take long, and the drawer opened very smoothly.

Mark told me he has four kids, so he knew immediately what was wrong with the drawer. Something in the fridge had spilled on it and had run down to form great stickiness! We haven't had kids here for some time so it had to be one of us who did that? You would think we would have noticed something spilling and have cleaned it up.

Mark came a couple days later to replace the gasket on the right refrigerator door. Being a pop-in, it was a fast repair that he had obviously made before. If we ever have any other appliance problems, I am going to call Conner's Appliance Repair and ask for Mark!
