Art of comfort was fast and very professional. Eric came and got the heater working again and was very honest about the problem and remedy. He was able to fix it and didn’t try to upsell me anything that i didn't need. In addition, they were beating the competition in pricing as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Team of Professionals, I have a home appliance warranty with American home shield,(AHS) New Subscriber and not ware of all the hoops you need to jump through to get a good service company through their system, After getting hosed by another service company i requested that AHS provide me with Service from Energy Smart Engineering, They saved the day, Came out on Christmas Eve, evaluated the problem left by the other company. Removed the broken parts, which are no longer available, took the extra step to fabricate my old parts and replace the fan-reinstall and get my heater back in running cond. Thanks to Johnny and your whole team, Highly recommended by Dan & Susie Cobb

Frank from Energy Smart was beyond helpful. He was extremely knowlegable about our HVAC unit, but was able to explain the issues/parts in a way we could understand. He carefully diagnosed the problem and was able to come back the next day to fix our unit. He was respectful and friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend them. Thank you Frank!!!!

My home warranty company sent these people out to my house. I called them to try and schedule, which took 2 days, 4 phone calls and finally driving to their business to schedule in person. They do not answer or call back. After the diagnosis, (we’re at a week without a/c), they still will not return my call about replacing the unit. I think they were under the impression that I was going to do what the warranty company recommended, when all I wanted was the warranty to pay the cash out option so I could replace the whole a/c unit. But... since they wont return calls, we went with another local reputable a/c company. I wouldnt let someone work on a main component of my house if they cannot figure out how to operate a telephone.

Today Matthew came out for our winter service. He was on-time, courteous, and professional. This is what I've come to expect from Johnny and his crew at Energy Smart. Thanks Energy Smart and keep up the great work!

I’m so glad I reached out to Energy Smart engineering, Willy was able to find the problem with my HVA Unit and resolved unit issues I was having at a fare price.

I had them sent by my home warranty for my HVAC unit. My heater would only start sometimes and mostly not in the middle of the night. They told us that we needed a new motherboard. After installing the new motherboard my heater still did not work in the middle of the night. Also, now where my main vent where the hvac is located in my roof is leaking rainwater into my house! I had zero water leaks in my house before these people came and it has been raining in the Central Valley numerous times. It is funny how right after they “fix” something and it start raining now and I have a leak coming from my vent area that never used to leak when it rained, but after they did whatever they did now I have a leak issue

Very disappointed in the service I received from Energy Smart. They said they fixed my AC and it wouldn't turn on because I have an electrical problem. I had 2 electricians come out and they both said no problems with my electric. Finally had another AC company come out and they advised me that all the parts they replaced were installed incorrectly and some not even hooked up. So now it's been 2 months without AC and we are in the middle of heat wave now. So disappointed in customer service with pretty much everything they have put me through. I just hope the new company I have coming out is not dishonest like Energy Smart.

Last year...Guy showed up with no ladder and not enough tools. Had to leave to go get what he needed, twice. We waited hours for him to return. Couldnt fix it. Replaced HVAC and they caused a leak which damaged ceiling. Can't get it fixed because its through the home warranty (which we DID NOT renew) and they gave us the runaround. The PVC pipe running from unit to vent pipe was placed so it sloped back towards unit. I do not recommend this company. This year we hired another AC business to replace our other unit. The difference between these two experiences is night and day. I DO NOT recommend using Energy Smart.

If you need a good reliable heating company, Energy Smart is the best in my book. I will always call them for my service, warranty or not. They were on time, reliable, honest, very nice, let me know when they were coming by text, by email. It was an awesome experience from a company. 5 stars ***** all the way. Wish I could give 10********** stars. Awesome in every way.
They will be my GO TO Company from now on. 10 **********

Tim serviced my A/C repair today. Outstanding service and fixed it right up. Got a quote for +$800 from another company and he was able to charge me $80 for a pound of refrigerant. All the other stuff was covered with my home warrenty.

Trust me they only got one star cause you can’t leave any less otherwise I would have. Energy Smart came out to our house to service my A/C after it stop blowing cold air. Gal who serviced the unit was nice and knowledgeable. Told me they would be notifying my warranty company American Home Shield that same day of repairs. It has been 8 days since they came out and the warranty company is still waiting for their report. Every time I call Energy Smart the girl on the phone keeps telling the advisor is working on it and they have 48hrs to turn in report. Um..... it’s been 8 days! She keeps telling she is so sorry and that she understands... um no you don’t! It’s been 105+ degrees everyday since then and unbearable to sleep at night. Company is a flake to do not call them for service.

Amazing Service!!! Words cannot express how thankful my family and I are. They came out on a Saturday when it was 114° outside and didn’t leave until our AC was fixed. They were very pleasant and professional. Will definitely recommend their services.

At first, he was informative and talked a good game. Charged $450 to replace a dual cap capacitor. He was there for less than an hour and the parts cost is $15. The next day, the AC unit failed again. We are unhappy with the quality of his assessment of the issues and the work he put into fixing them.

Of the two technicians that I spoke to, he was the first to respond to me. I suppose that counts for something.

My AC unit went out during the heatwave 115 degrees. My dogs were miserable.
My technician Inie was wonderful and very professional. He knew exactly how to fix it.
In this scorching heat , He didn’t have the parts on hand but he didn’t take the easy route and leave it for the next day, Instead he made time to pick up parts, and installed it on the same day. Thats excellent service.

They went above and beyond! I called because I messed up my HVAC wiring, in an attempt to install a smart thermostat. Turns out my unit is so old that they had to reconfigure everything. They could have told me that I had to wait until tomorrow but instead they came and stayed well after their shift should have been over, to ensure my AC was working correctly. I am blown away at their kindness and willingness to help me. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My A/C stopped working on Friday night during the hottest heat wave of the century! I called Energy Smart on Saturday after trying some DIY methods…. I could have had a technician out on Sunday for an emergency call (at a reasonable price), but decided to save a few $$ and waited until Monday. My technician, Tim came out by 11 (quoted time from 10-1). Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and in less than 90 minutes my A/C was back in action. I had called other places in town and could not get scheduled for 9-11 days! Energy Smart took care of me in my time of need. Tim was courteous and professional, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know what was going on each step of the way. Best of all, he had the necessary part on his truck at a great price. I will sleep good tonight in my cool house. Thanks Tim and thanks Energy Smart!
