Our AC went out a week ago our home warranty sent Energy Smart the technician was here for over 2 hrs. could not fix the issue @ the unit then he came indoors went up to the attic broke part of the cover and left dirty finger prints all over the ceiling as you can see. My husband has called Energy Smart and left several messages explaining the issue it’s been almost a week, no response. If you’re reading this review please do not use this company they don’t care enough to call back at at least apologize!!!

Willey at Energy Smart did an excellent job repairing our A/C. We have a home warranty that we went through and had not heard of Energy Smart prior. Willey was excellent communicating with us on scheduling, repairs needed, timing, and expectations. I would recommend Willey at Energy Smart. He went the extra mile to get our A/C back up and running.

AC was on just not blowing cold. It was 90 in the house and 100 plus outside. My home warranty couldn't come until Monday its Wednesday btw. So I went down the phone book. lees ac could come out. Gave me a BS quote of 1800.00 and fed me a bunch of crap. I kicked him out and went to work to see what I could do about this AC .Energy Smart Fresno called me from looking on line. Willy came out fixed one part, explained it to me. Said if it didn't work will try something else. 400.00 fix with service fee and now our AC is blowing Cold. Excellent job my family and I appreciate it.

Energy smart is great company, Willie was very responsive and professional. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue. He got the part same day and fix the ac. Highly recommend.

Energy Smart is honest and extremely knowledgeable. Willy is the BEST and always takes the time to explain everything and in a way I can understand. They've always been quick to service my AC unit, even when they're busy - get this...Willy (one of the Mgrs.) was willing to come out on a Sunday! Who else would do this!? GREAT customer service from the person who books the appt. to the serviceman!

I highly recommend the Energy smart. Their staff are very professional over the phone from the representative lady that made an appointment spot to the technician who would say will come to repair name Mr. Walid (Willie).

The technician Walid (Willie) was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
He also tried to help me over the phone with the issue that we were having with heater. Very HONEST, Friendly and knowledgeable.
He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and fix the matter. I have recommended him to my other landlords and rental owners to put his name and number on their book.

Isaac Came to inspect & Service our HVAC (AC) Unit & was a true proffesional from the start! Knocked on the door on time and was very polite and explained what the process was that he was going to go through to Inspect, Service and clean our unit. He was here long enough, where I know he was very thorough, but he also wasn’t here all day. At the end of the service appointment, he thoroughly explained everything that he saw and gave us his recommendations For maintenance in the future and also eventual replacement if need be. Very professional and courteous man with a great demeanor & personality. Thank you so much Isaac for making us feel so comfortable and aware of what’s going on. Top notch renovation of the exterior of my home. Crews were efficient, communication was excellent, quality of work and cleanup so good. Treated my house as if it was theirs. A+++++

I scheduled an appointment with Borgens for electrical for my shop. The specialist showed up on time was informative, professional and respectful. I shared my idea of what I wanted and he gave me a better option than what I thought at a significantly lower amount than what I thought. 5 star company the owners are like family I scheduled my appointment with one of them and she was able to accommodate around my business need to avoid interfering with my customers. Love it I found a home in Borgens Construction and will use them for roofing, electrical, HVAC and more!
