I had a very old, worn out, leaky toilet, and they got the warranty company to agree to pay to replace it. They showed up when they said they would, replaced the toilet, and finished well on time. Unfortunately, it was leaking again that night. I called them on a Saturday, left a message, and they responded within a half-hour. When Henry got there, he found a cracked tank from the manufacturer. He immediately went to the store, got a new tank, and replaced it. I was very pleased with their service, both on site and at their office. Their appointments lady was so nice and pleasant, and got me scheduled pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again!

Borgen’s Construction reroofed my home. I am completely satisfied and pleased with their handling and completion of this project. I am a Senior Citizen living by myself and in May in the last rainstorm I had a dripping cascade from my dining room chandelier onto the table. Got some bids and had to do some bargaining as a senior because of prices. Borgen’s got this project BUT it wasn’t an easy project. I HAD 7 SOLAR PANELS and the company was no more to remove. They could be removed by others AT A COST!!!! Borgen’s staff personal followed through with solar research and City of Visalia permit department in the completion of my reroof. Thank You Borgen’s.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were extremely unprofessional and did not show up to our confirmed appointment on multiple occasions without any explanation or warning. Their customer service was also very poor and unresponsive. I tried reaching out to them several times to reschedule, but they never returned my calls or emails. This lack of communication and reliability made me lose trust in their ability to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

The staff is friendly, professional, and the work is good quality and reasonably priced. I plan to utilize this service in the future.

I met Chris and Monice at the Fresno Home Show and went with Borgens to replace our roof and get a whole house fan. Chris and Monice were very professional and followed up prior to services. The owners, Orlando and April Borgen, were very friendly. Had some hiccups along the way due to weather and communication issues. They listened to my concerns and tried to work with me. The roofers and construction workers were very polite, hard working, and fast. They made some extra trips out to make corrections and did the job well. Thank you Borgens for your service!

From the day l meet with this contractor, company and employees was extremely expressive. ALL of the workers were extremely knowledgeable, polite , easy to communicate with and I did NOT have do any cleaning up after them. These employees left my property so clean I wouldn't ever have known any work was done at my house. Keep up the good work... IMPECCABLE JOB. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely use the company again and HIGHLY recommend.
