Fantastic! fair pricing & gave us their honest opinion in what we could do now to have our AC last longer, so we could save to get the replacement AC at a better financial time for us. I'll be calling them for all HVAC needs. Honesty goes a long way in today's market.

I have used Franco's plumbing on two different occasions. they have been professional on both occasions. did a good job replacing a pipe in my back yard and later helping with a clogged sink. Highly recommend Francos Plumbing.

Two gentlemen named Charlie and the other nice gentlemen's name escapes me.. However, these two professionals came into my apartment, and we're so respectful and handy. I have no shoes rule and were kind to go back to the truck and put on shoes covers. My shower was fixed, and they even checked on the water heater. Also, they even helped ensure my water pressure stay working. Very great workers and very respectful. I would love to use their services again.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable, genuinely care about their customers. Our ac stopped working and they scheduled us quickly, luckily they were able to get our ac working again pretty quickly. We also some some really great tips on how to maintain our filters and ac unit. Definitely recommend this company.

After being quoted a ridiculous amount for a leaking shower faucet from another vendor.
I called Franco’s and they were able to come out and make the necessary repairs for a fraction of the price and most importantly it was the same day!
(I don’t know how typical that is but it worked for us!)
The technician (Charles)was professional, respected our home. He was knowledgeable and fast!
We’ve used Franco’s for A/C repairs in the past and they were able to get our unit up and running quickly.

They lied came to my apartment to fix pipes in apartment above me, rust came out of the pipes into my tub turning it Orange said it was there when they got here it wasn't they lied stained my tub will not come clean it. Property Management company said the complaint was documented and no one will be cleaning my tub, because they lied no one would take a bath in the tub with orange stains all over it they lie and they know it...

Fabian was so knowledgeable about the plumbing problem and options for repair! He thoroughly explained the issue was and how to fit it He did a fantastic job at a fair price! Fabian suggested that I have my hot water tank evaluated and cleaned as part of a maintenance. What a great idea that was he came and checked the technology and mechanics of the hot water heater. What a huge improvement, the hum that it was doing, went away and it cleared out so much of the Fresno water residue out that was such a good suggestion
