I called Controlled Climates to schedule an appointment for HVAC repair. They were able to schedule me for a next day appointment. Our tech was Dallas and he came out as scheduled and notified us via text when he was on his way. Dallas was able to diagnose and repair our HVAC quickly. He was very skilled and professional. Price very reasonable.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and hard working. It was pouring raining and he did such a great job and stayed professional. I am so thankful for Fermin coming out and making sure before he left my family and I had hot water. Will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future.

Let me first start by saying you will not find better service, period. I hired Ray to do a complete system replacement. Kate sent along a comprehensive estimate for the work to be done. Not only did he replace it / upgrade it but he customized it to my home and our needs. He gave us portable heaters while the system was down, and was on time every day. All this and he has the utmost integrity, ethics and knowledge. They exceeded my expectations for sure so if you need AC work and want someone in your home that you can trust to do quality work, look no further!

Great to work with. They are always on time and if five minutes behind they will call to notify. They cover their work shoes just before walking into the house to keep your floors from being damaged. You get a discount on parts if you sign up for their twice a year maintenance service. I’ve used them at my last house and my current one and have been a satisfied customer.

Refreshingly professional! Excellent, prompt service. Before arriving for the appointment they provided (via text) the name of the serviceman, his car make and license plate #. I really appreciate the effort they put into the service they provide. My heater wasn't working in the middle of winter, of course, and they came the next day to fix it. They explained the problem and provided pictures of the problem, (as the furnace is up in the attic) and took pics of the final instilation of the new part. Had to call them back because the heater stopped working that afternoon. They came back the next day to fix it. (A wire attached to the wrong connector on the new part.) They were very honest, polite and cleaned up on their way out. Would definitely recommend and call on this buisness again!

My AC unit was installed in 2017 and didn’t know it needed maintenance (SMH). Got online and started looking for a company that would maintenance my unit and came across Controlled Claimants. The person I spoke to in the office was very kind and got me in quickly. Fermin was my technician and he was on time and explained everything to a T! I would strongly recommend this company based off of my first experience with them.

This was our first time using Controlled Climates Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. We were very please with all aspects of their service. Dallas and Connor were both on time and quickly repaired and serviced our 2 units. We will use this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

Tech came out to estimate cost of ductless air system or a central air system. I waited 3 days for an estimate with no response. So I called . They told me they do not do ductless so they dropped me with no response back! Thank you for leaving me hanging. Then a few days later I called to get an new estimate set up for a central air system. They kept me hanging on the phone then hung up! Really is this a good way to run a business?

Called these folks on a day headed for 100+. They had a tech on my roof within 6 hours of my call. He thoroughly explained my problem and had it resolved in less than an hour. Didn't try to up sell me on a unit more than 25 years old. Extremely happy with the cost. Will definitely call them again, though hopefully not soon.

This business wants me to be happy. We had a new hvac system installed in Oct, wasn't getting 2 of my rooms cool. They came out right away to change the damper direction. Hopefully better air flow. Thanks for everything you do. The owner came out several times, I appreciated his concern for our happiness. Our system is running great

Great company. Great service beginning with the phone call seeking help. They delivered next day service. Repairs were quick and efficient by a tech who knew what he was doing. Fair prices. I'll call Controlled Climates the next time I need HVAC service.

Controlled Climates is awesome! Ray took the time to talk to us and give us different options for the work. He never tried to sell us a new unit, but gave us the uption of repairing the system. We ultimately decided to replace our air conditioning system. Iwas impressed with how quickly and smoothly the process went. I would recommend Ray and his crew to anyone looking for excellent service!

Service technicians were on time and communicated well. They performed the services quickly and took the time to answer my questions. They even showed me photos of the unit and the readings they took on their diagnostic equipment. One of the technicians went the extra mile and cleaned my rain gutter after they used the garden hose to wash off the coils on the unit.

I was referred to Controlled Climates by two friends and their recommendation was on point. I had a fantastic experience and am so glad to be connected with them for this job. I needed a full remodel of my vents/duct system and a brand new A/C unit. So, it was going to be a very expensive job. With that amount of money, I wanted to choose a place where I can have full confidence and trust in their quality, work , fair prices. and that I would be taken care of if there were any issues in the future. Controlled climates exceeded every expectation. Ray, Brandon and their team were very knowledgeable, informative and extremely nice. Listening to them discuss the system was like listening to the guys on big bang theory, except we're talking A/C. They made sure that every detail and every calculation was on point. They made sure I received all the information in full detail and it was up to us to make a decision. They were never pushy and I never felt pressured or obligated to do anything. My calls, texts and emails were also answered right away.

The team worked around the clock in hot environments and was always so pleasant regardless of the horrible temperature conditions. After the job was completed, they continued to check on us to make sure that we were comfortable and if there were any adjustments that needed to be made. Although we felt comfortable, they still changed little things here and there to get as close to perfect as they can. We LOVE our new system and it was worth the investment.

When it came to finance and pricing. Katelyn was who I dealt with. She was super sweet and prompt with responding to all my emails and questions. I would highly recommend controlled climates to all my friends and family. THank you everyone at Controlled Climates!

Controlled climate was able to provide me with the information and estimates that I was possibly looking for and provide useful insight on what needed to be fixed. Not only this, but we found a couple ways to make the AC run more efficiently. Lastly, we were able to do a payment plan that allowed us to not have to put down a bunch of money all at once. They have done a great job of communicating with me on sooner appointments as well. I recommend this company to others.

This company worked with us to get financing for the unexpected but necessary replacement of our heat and air system. They were professional and careful to explain the process, including the financing, the installation and the inspections. And though its very disruptive to install an entirely new system in an old house, they were respectful of our home life and tried to be as non-invasive as possible. The onsite crew was friendly and responsive to questions and suggestions. They went above and beyond to remove old ductwork both in the attic and under the house, and set up a duct line for a future output (for when we enclose our breezeway). They even handled our extremely tight attic space with good humor, even if it was also with a fair amount of grunting and gasping. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a trustworthy and honest HVAC service company, Controlled Climates is it. I have used several companies for service in the past and these guys blow them away. Communication is great, techs are on-time and they get right to work. Our A/C went out on Tuesday, called them late in the afternoon and they were here at 7:00 am on Wednesday. Dallas, the tech, troubleshot the unit quickly, explained the problem thoroughly, provided a reasonable cost estimate for the replacement parts, got immediate approval from me, and had the unit back up and running before noon. Can’t ask for much more in a service company, great job Controlled Climates.

At this moment, I'm sharing five stars for Serena, the Customer Service assistant who answered my initial phone call.
I have not used this company yet, but Serena set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house In a few days and give us a quote on a whole new system.

For years, I have been trying to find a reputable company to install what I consider a major component within our home.
This has been a very frustrating experience. Most of my phone call with Serena was about my frustrations with other companies, etc., and that I was hoping to not have that experience with her company. She did not try to cut me off, her tone of voice was as if she understood, she was also apologetic that my experiences have not been good... If she was rolling her eyes on the other end of the line, lol, I couldn't tell, she was as professional and is polite as could be.
So, Serena, if you see this, thank you so very much for allowing me to share my frustrations with you. You are definitely the type of a person who companies should have on the line to help with any concerns current customers or soon to be customers may have!

This company is very professional. I read their reviews and was sure that they will take care of our AC problem. I requested Dallas because his reviews were amazing and I am so glad I was able to get him to check out the unit. Dallas was able to quickly figure out the problem and explain it in a very detailed and understanding manner. I look forward to getting our service soon as I am confident that it is in good hands.

Recently had complete duct replacement and insulation upgrade by Raymond, Dallas, and Eduardo. Complete professionals, very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. This was a 3 day installation and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Katelyn was also very helpful with follow-up and explaining what and when the install would be done. I also appreciated the "arrival" notices I received from the technicians so I always knew when they were on their way! Raymond and his crew were very flexible as there were "add on" tasks not previously scheduled...such as replacing the old thermostat with a new Nest Pro (I love it)....Price was also a factor and was far more reasonable than other bids I received. Air quality is MUCH better and I can breath a whole lot better!! I will call Katelyn and schedule regular maintenance on my A/C unit!
