Ray came out and put it together with his other partner. These wall units are the best to have. I'm very happy with the service that they gave me. They are cool to talk to and they take their time to get the job done right. They came out during the hot weather and worked non stop so that we can get cool air as soon as we can. Had one issue with the wall units but they came as soon as they can and took care of it all. This company really takes pride in what they do and I'm happy that we chose to go through them.

I’ve had other companies out to service my unit but they don’t come close to the level of professionalism and honesty I received from Controlled Climates. Ray was outstanding! He explained everything in simple, easy to comprehend terms! No technical garb that would fly over my head. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone. I even signed up for their annual maintenance program. Outstanding customer service!

I have used Controlled Climates several times for repairs at my old home and current home. Recently, they installed a new ducting system, A/C, thermostat, and insulation in our 1950's home. They are always professional, responsive, and have great, friendly communication. Technitions are wonderful as well. Our job is complete, and I have no regrets. My new system is fantastic.

Controlled Climates came to our rescue and very promptly was able to determine that it was time to install a new dual-pac. Ray was able to present options, pricing and variables quickly. Installation happened quickly and enabled us to get a nice rebate from manufacturer and govt. I can’t express how thoroughly Ray checked our ducting and airflow after the install, AND he was surprised and very honest in telling us that the results were very good. He didn’t see anything that could require further work.
In all, I highly recommend CONTROLLED CLIMATES for all your needs. I am impressed with their thoroughness and honesty, as well as very fair pricing. I will never go anywhere else for these needs.

Had a great experience with their technician Dallas and Katelyn. Both were very friendly. Dallas arrived right on time, was very thorough, explained everything that he did and gave me good feedback for future potential problems. They seem to have a very efficient system with text updates, etc too. Will definitely work with them again.

I am so thankful for Katelyn and Ray (and Eric). They have been so helpful assisting me with my decision on whether or not to replace my AC unit. Never did I ever feel like they were trying to push me into purchasing a new unit. They took their time to put together different options with and prices for me to decide. They helped me to figure out the cost of repairing compared to purchasing new.
They have been very honest with me and fair. I appreciate that so much. That has not been my experience with other AC companies.

Found climate control through some good online reviews, and the reviews didn't lie. Ac unit went out, called and had an appointment the next day. Ray and Dallas came out to diagnose the issue. Very polite and honest on the replacement parts, recommendations, and they're suggestions. Had some complications along the way and the receptionist Katelyn was very helpful and patient with guiding me through the application process through the phone. The whole process took a little less than 2 weeks to complete. Very satisfied and would totally recommend their quality service.

Awesome company to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done in a timely manner. Had a new HVAC unit installed on our roof and a tankless water heater earlier this year. The installation went great. They also were the best price we found for the system we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Controlled Climates. Controlled climate installed a new swamp cooler for my house. Ray and his partner where awesome. They where on time and worked diligently in the blazing heat until my satisfaction was met. What I liked best about them was that they where kind and loving to my red and white border collie, Jasper. I was very pleased with the staff. The receptionist was super great. Friendly, helpful and patient with me and my needs. Yes, I will definately use this company again for all future needs for my home.

They are a solid company with good techs. They moved my AC unit and made everything look great. All the pipes etc are straight and tucked away nicely. I would recommend them for sure. Dallas did an exceptional job. Give that man a raise!

We have used Controlled Climates maintenance services many times since they installed out AC unit about 4 years ago. We are very happy with the service they provide. We did not have to wait a long time for them to come to our home. They are reliable and very efficient. Our technician (Fermin Cruz) was very knowledgeable and efficient and explained everything he was doing as he went along.....no surprises. Fast, efficient service with fair prices. Will use them again in all my future air conditioning and heating needs.

This was the most professional and friendly experience I've had with any comparable service industry companies. The quality of their work was excellent. The price was reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about the whole process from my first call to the receptionist, to their followup throughout the process, to the completion of the job. I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with Controlled Climates. I contracted with them to install heat pumps for our house. First off, I was very impressed by Brandon who came to look at the job and talked me through all that was necessary and gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and he returned calls with questions very quickly. The installation workers were all friendly and hard working and very careful with the carpets and cleaned up every day before leaving.
Everyone I interfaced with was professional and accommodating and really seemed to care about me as a customer. I felt the company went above and beyond to honor our contract and did did excellent work, I would highly recommend Controlled Climates.

Kam, one of their technicians, recently came out to do the preventive maintainance on our A/C units. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions in a courteous and polite manner. He worked efficiently and even made time to put our hose away when he was finished. I was very pleased with his work ethic and helpful manner. Andrea in their front office has also been very easy to work with and has a great attitude and communication skills. They installed a new AC unit and told the technician to call the company that controls the AC to connect the AC correctly. Which the technician never did . Called them more them 5 times and every time they said technician will be out within certain Time frame and never ever any technician showed up. Even after I had spoke to the supervisor named Jerry and still the same thing’s happened!!

The funny thing that the lying about the time on the invoice also. The technician left my place at 12:30 pm and out on the invoice stating they left at 1:30 PM!
