I called Franco’s because our system wasn’t working properly. Hot and middle of summer, Charles came out on a late Friday after his busy day. He ran several test and found the issue. He was very professional and explained everything well. He got our AC working right and it has been solid ever since. I would definitely recommend Franco’s, they are friendly and knowledgeable!! Also his prices were very reasonable compared to other people we called.

Had a great experience with the company. They worked me on scheduling an appointment with what I requested. The day of the job they explained to me what the issue could be. The technician was polite and took his time to make sure the issue of cleaning out our shower tub drain was done and working before he headed out.

Ray was extremely helpful and fabulous. He was very detailed and professional in every way. they responded very quickly and were very informative of everything we needed to do to replace our air conditioning unit.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit failed us a week ago when temperatures were expected to reach 110+ degrees. Fortunately, after calling on repair companies that were booked out to the following week, Controlled Climates Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. just happened to have a cancellation for that morning, repairing our unit within a few minutes. We had issues with the nest thermostat/ac unit did not work. It was a 105 outside so we needed this repair ASAP.

Dallas came out troubleshooted the issue right away. He worked late made sure the job was done. My wife and I appreciated his communication and professionalism. Controlled climates will be my preferred AC repair going forward

Controlled climates has repaired our AC twice over the past 10 years and also installed ductwork for an
addition. Every time they've been honest, courteous, competent and fairly priced. It doesn't get better than that.

My A/C stopped working and I contacted Controlled Climates to diagnose my problem. I scheduled a time and received a text message confirming my appointment and another one indicating they were on their way. Ray was on time, professional and friendly. Ray explained what was wrong with my unit and explained it to me so I completely understood what my problem was. Ray explained my options, which were to replace the unit (which he would gladly do) or to "patch" the unit in hopes it would fix the problem long term (which he was not willing to do). I researched my options and the information that I was given and his assessment was right on. I hired Ray to replace my entire A/C unit and I couldn't be happier. As a business owner myself, I pay very close attention to how someone runs a business and treats clients. Very few times have I dealt with a company so professional and responsible. Ray is top notch and I will continue to use him for my heating and A/C needs and refer him to anyone needing these services.

You will not find a better company for AC repair. Controlled Climates just installed our new unit after years of our old one not working and being sold parts and services we didn’t need from other companies. We spent $3k last year on things that didn’t work. These guys work hard and are so thorough. They are honest and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Ray makes things easy to understand and wants his customers to be happy. Don’t call anyone else. These guys are the best!

I came across controlled climates years ago desperately needing someone to come asap to fix our AC. Controlled climates came right away and we've been using them ever since for maitance and just recently for our water heater. Very professional! katelyn is so nice and kind and Dallas is the man!! he's serviced our home since day one and I felt good knowing he was the one coming out this last time. Great company!!! Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about this company. We had a mini split installed by someone else, and they did a horrible job! They left exposed wires, and didn’t even cover the hoses that were going around the room. Our installer left a hazardous mess, and our unit even stopped working a couple of weeks later. We googled Controlled climates, and decided to have them come out and fix our mess because we were so unhappy with our first installation. The lady who set up our installation was so amazing over the phone, and set up A reinstall. Once our appointment date approached, the installer (Raymond Montez) Came out, gave us tons of information about our equipment, and how it worked, explained in detail exactly what they were going to do and walked us through it. The job took all day, because technically, they had to do double the work by tearing out everything our first installer did, and obviously, this was a huge installation to begin with. Raymond was very particular, and very detailed with each step of the installation. When they were done installing our unit, it looked very clean, and professionally done.

First Visit (AC Maintenance):

On time. The technician (Fermin) was very professional, friendly and respectful in his demeanor. He explained the entire process of the AC Maintenance Service being performed in detail. He even encouraged me to stay and watch the process I guess in the name of transparency. I appreciated that, plus he took multiple photos of all the items he checked using his electronic testing equipment while I left the area temporarily and then he patiently explained what the test readings meant. He completed the AC Maintenance Service without issues and kept the area clean and tidy before leaving. I will definitely call Controlled Climates again for service.

Second Visit (Heater Maintenance):

On time. We had technician Fermin again which I appreciated for the excellent work completed previously. The work completed today was exceptional just as I reviewed last time (above). Fermin appeared very knowledgeable in his trade and very detail oriented which I appreciate, because I’m like that too. I did mention a family member was still asleep and he took it upon himself to quietly move about and did his work with the minimum amount of noise which I appreciate. So respectful. I truly believe that technician Fermin should be recognized for his overall hard work and his importance to your company Controlled Climates.

I was very impressed with Controlled Climates. The service was wonderful. Acquiring an appointment time was short, and the problem was solved quickly. I was impressed that suggestions were made to alleviate future problems, but there was no pressure as to whether to do them. Foot coverings were worn in the house and an inspection of the heating unit was done even though the problem was with the cooling unit. I even received a new filter. I would and have recommended Controlled Climates to anyone that needs service.

Controlled Climate installed a new TRANE HVAC system in our house. They did a fantastic job. Not only were Ray, Dallas, and Eduardo professionals, they went above and beyond what I would expect. They did an excellent job doing the installation and left our house cleaner than before they came. That was unexpected! They also recommended and installed additional smoke detectors for us free of charge! We would highly recommend this company!

I just had our air ducts replaced for our entire house by Controlled Climates and my experience with this company was very positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do HVAC service, maintenance, installation and repair. I have already recommended them to other family and friends.

The owner of the company came out to provided a quote with a description of the work that they were going to perform. I had a few other quotes, but I felt most comfortable with Controlled Climates - they just offered to do more than some of the other local businesses and remained price competitive.

They showed up on time, explained exactly what was being done and did the work they promised. In the end, Ray tested every inch of our AC unit and when he left I felt good about the service preformed.
