The Fresno office is very poorly run. They have a “always right . We don’t care” attitude. Do not lock yourself in a service agreement with this company!

Before Bernie from the Fresno location, I would have given this business zero stars if I could. My previous experiences were marked by poor customer service and unprofessional communication.

However, Bernie completely changed that impression. He took my emergency service call and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He made sure I understood the potential problem, explained clearly what he could fix, and was upfront about what he couldn’t. He even guided me on exactly what to communicate to our HVAC contractors.

Thanks to Bernie, my experience turned around—he gets 5 stars from me.

Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond.
