They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

This company came out due to our AC system not working. The technician told us he knew exactly what was wrong. He called another job site and left ours to pick up a part, which he told us he was replacing the compressor, later on we found out he put a hard start on a 30 year old AC system with 2 failed components and absolutely no Freon. He told us he was doing a complete check up on the entire unit. This technician never entered our attic, never checked the Freon. When we asked about checking the Freon, the reply was, grabbing the hose to the unit and telling us with years of experience he can tell it’s fine. With this technicians laziness to properly provide a AC system safety check our household PG&E bill went from $120-200 a month up to $570.00 a month because it was working 2-3 X’s as hard.

They were hired via my insurance co...set appt..I took off work NEVER showed...but said they did so they could get paid their $$. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. If they are going to be fraudulent w this type stuff ...How can you TRUST them in your HOME ??!! REPORTing TO BBB.

I've used Franco's for several years on 4 rental properties. I've been pleased with their work, phone follow up, and reasonable rates.

My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another.
I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

Friendly, patient, and thorough. Even helped me with the paperwork for my insurance and the app that was connected to the device he installed.

I called several A/C companies in Fresno, CA requesting estimates to replace an evaporative cooler on the roof of our house. We couldn't be happier with the service from Franco's Plumbing Heating and A/C! They scheduled an onsite evaluation and provided us an estimate, which was reasonable. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, efficient, and communicated well. We needed the removal of our old cooler and installation of the new cooler to be coordinated with our roofer and we are very happy that Franco's Plumbing Heating and A/C worked around their schedule. Kimberly, the scheduler, is awesome! She called to check on the status of the roof and let us know that they had an opening to install the cooler a day earlier! The installer ensured the cooler was working perfectly and he explained everything clearly. We highly recommend Franco's Plumbing Heating and A/C!

The technicians are always polite but I suggest they vacuum after their work.

I called them on a Monday to fix my ac unit they came out Wednesday and fixed it .It happened to go straight out the next day. I called them and they stated they would come out again but was booked and had to come Friday . They came Friday and fixed it and it instantly went out again in the same 5 minutes . I called for them to repair it again and they said they would call me back and they didn’t . I had to wait hours in my house sweating with a newborn child. I decided to leave because it was way too humid and then they text me they are at my house and leaving in 15 minutes if I don’t show up .I call back and they said they can’t fix my air until the following week now . They are horrible I don’t recommend.

Never showed up to appointment. Took off work to be home and they were a no-show, no-call. We were told by our home owners insurance that this company told them they came to our house and we weren't home even though we have cameras and proof that no one came by.
Edit: Our insurance sent us a bill for a deductible even though no services were rendered by Franco's Plumbing. They billed our insurance for a service we did not receive. We had to provide security camera proof that they did not show up for our insurance to drop the deductible charge. Beware of this company!

Charlie and his team are my go to for all plumbing and AC/Heating needs.

My AC wasn’t working and only blowing warm air. I called and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They put me on the schedule for the following day for repair and got it working right away. The guys are respectful, clean, and courteous. They even noticed my water heater had a minor leak and fixed it on the spot.

They’re the best and I will continue recommending them to friends and family
