Wow! I was previously unaware of how important the maintenance of my AC unit was! From the initial phone calls with Selena in scheduling my service appointment, the ongoing communication about my service, prompt arrival time, and friendliness of the service tech Eric; every step of the way was handled with great detail and friendliness. After receiving a quote of $13,000, for ductwork, from another A/C company, I contacted Art's for a second option. Eric came out and spent an hour and a half looking for ductwork need and found none. I can't recommend Arts Heating & Cooling enough. After being quoted over $40k by a competitor who pressured me to sign a contract by the end of the day, I knew I needed a second opinion. Eric from Arts Heating & Cooling saved the day (maybe even the year.) He was professional, thorough, and honest from the start. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue and explained everything clearly. The repairs ended up being quite extensive, requiring several parts and even some ductwork. But the total cost was still very affordable. Unlike Lee's, who claimed it would be impossible to fix, Eric replaced the parts and got everything running smoothly in no time. I was impressed with his transparency and the level of service he provided.

My experience with each and every person I encountered within the organization was nothing short of amazing. Starting with Selena in the office who handled all my appointments to Eric, Sal, and Pedro who came to perform maintenance on my home’s 2 five-ton compressors and then to change-out my old 2 air intake grills to new modern grills. The pricing was very competitive and the work was of the highest quality. In my opinion (and I’ve dealt with quite a few HVAC companies in the San Joaquin Valley), ART’S HEATING AND COOLING is the only company to call when your home or business is in need of a/c or heating work.

Eric from Art of Comfort came today, raining day, to do a heating maintenance service. At the end of service, Eric went over what was done. He provided me photos of what he did. Eric also recommended future maintenance repair and a quote which I appreciated. I would like to express my gratitude to Art’s of Comfort for their professional service.

Eric Franklin did a phenomenal job and had some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was able to get our home nice and cool again by fixing our AC unit just before the summer time! Great communication and very professional- will be requesting him for any and all needed services around heating and cooling!

After having a few companies out to either repair or replace our 20 year old AC unit, we went with Art's and couldn't be happier with the service and follow through. We were able to pick out exactly which unit we wanted and in less than a week they were installing.

Eric was thorough and walked us through the process with assurance and courtesy. Sal and Pablo did an amazing job on the removal and installation, it was impressive watching them get things ready and cleaned up for a smooth installation. The crane operator was quick and made sure not to cause property damage, we were upgrading from a 3 ton unit to a 5 ton Bosch.

The whole installation was completed in a handful of hours and the inspector was there at end of day to verify the work. He noted "it was one of the cleanest installs he's seen for a size upgrade" and I agreed.

As an assurance Chad and Eric were kind enough to do a follow up visit on a Saturday to make sure our propane was working properly since we changed to a power heating system.

Very courteous and great follow through, we couldn't be happier with the whole experience and work the team did for our home. Would highly recommend and very pleased with Art's all together. Thanks guys!

These guys are a cut above! If you are looking for a new system get multiple offers and then hire these guys. Their attention to service and detail is incredible. There was an issue while they were installing our new system. They spent hours diagnosing the problem that ended up being an issue with the wiring in my house. They fixed it at no additional charge. Now I have perfect wiring on a perfect new Bosch heat pump system.

We needed a maintenance done on our AC unit and Eric came out and did a fantastic job!! He was on time and very courteous. He explained to us that everything looked good after the service and that there was still a warranty on our unit which was good to know. The price was reasonable and I will recommend him and his company to my friends and family.
