Great service this morning.
Tim called in the morning and gave me an estimated arrival time and he was early! Very efficient service and he was a top notch when it came to answering all of my questions.
The repair was done in a timely matter.
I live in the mountains and it is hard to get good providers to work on things. This company is GREAT!
I know with all of the hot weather it is hard to get someone to come out and work on air conditioners. I have American Home Shields and this is the first time I have used Indoor Quality Services. They are the best! Tim knew all about my unit and gave me pointers on the upkeep! I will definitely always call this company from now on.
The gal , Melody in the office was also friendly when she called to set up the appointment. She worked with me to see the best day and time to come. I would give this company 5 stars plus!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. It's been over 2 weeks, and they still haven't submitted the required diagnosis to my warranty company despite multiple follow-ups from both my side and the warranty company's. They continue to promise to send the necessary documentation, but have failed to follow through. The weather is unbearably hot, and this delay is causing real discomfort for my family, especially my children. I find their lack of urgency and professionalism unacceptable. Initially, they were quick to respond—calling me the day after I submitted the claim and sending a technician shortly after “probably to get the easy initial service fee”. However, their follow-up has been sorely lacking. If you're assigned this company by your home warranty provider, I would strongly recommend asking to have your work order transferred to a different company.

Melanie and Lisa were kind, attentive and had great communication to get our service completed. Jesus was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even showed us pictures and gave us tips on ensuring our unit’s longevity. IQS is an excellent company to work with! 😃

A gentleman named Tony serviced my unit a few days ago. Amazing personality and honest about what was needed. In the past I’ve had other companies come out and no where near the service I was provided by IQS. I will definitely have their number in handy to use in the future!

Ok look, it's a holiday weekend and our AC stopped working. How?! Why?! IQS got it fixed ASAP! Amazing service, fast turn around and locally/family owned. Exactly the kind of business I like to work with. I'm also super happy I signed up for the maintenance plan for $20 a month. Fresno heat doesn't play and neither does IQS! 💪

The technician Angel was punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to thoroughly assess my heating problems, providing insightful recommendations. And going above the work that was needed, He also repaired mistakes of the last Heating co that came out. I am very grateful to him.

Terrible. They were sent by my home warranty it was in the mid 80 degrees in my home due to unit not working properly. I was told it was because my system had “too much Freon” and they had to take some out. When I said that didn’t make sense the tech was rude and condescending. And it didn’t work it was actually hotter in the home and after. I waited three more days for them to come back. When he came back out get this he said “it was now because I had two little Freon” and put back when he took out the three days prior. When it didn’t fix it he then said it was because my mini blinds in my living room and kitchen were open that was causing it to be 85 degrees in the home. The receptionist then tried to say that I had my thermostat set to 84 degrees. Also mind blowing. They tried to say my windows (not blinds) were open and when I asked for their contractors state license number they refused as required by law to provide it to me. Do not use them for any reason. Only the second google review I have ever left but cannot believe the fraud happening here.

The staff at IQS is amazing. The owner Dave was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my heater up and running again. Thank you! I'll will be signing up for their easy pay maintenance agreement program this spring as well.

Alex came several days earlier than my originally scheduled service date, which was greatly appreciated since my AC wasn’t working and the weather is over 100 degrees right now. He asked what my AC concerns were and then got straight to work. About 30 minutes later he said my AC was all fixed!!! My condenser motor was bad and he was able to diagnose & fix the issue in one appointment! He showed me pictures of the bad part he removed and pictures of the unit placed back together. He was courteous, fast & efficient. And I REALLY appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me up on all kinds of other service work or repairs that aren’t really needed, like other local HVAC companies’ technicians have. Thank you Alex & Indoor Quality Services!!!

Indoor Quality Services is amazing! I put in a request to have my heater fixed and they came out the same day. The technician was professional, quick, and knew exactly what to do. My heater has been working perfectly ever since. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

July is one of the hottest months of the year and in the central valley that could mean 110+ degrees. What an inconvenient time for our AC to go out.
