Our hot water heater gave out and after a frustrating week arguing with American Home Shield, I posted a request on yelp and received an immediate call from CVS. They told me they could replace my water heater the next morning (This was at 4:45 in the evening). At 8:30 the next morning James and Sam showed up and immediately got to work. They were professional and friendly, explaining the process and within an hour and a half we had hot water! The price was the same that I was going to have to pay AHS plumbers!! CVS will be the FIRST plumber I call from now on!

Wow. I busted my 90 year old water main on Saturday and could barely get a compression coupling on. I inquired to Central Valley Sewer on Sunday and received a call that same day. I only reached out because the stellar reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Mac, the owner, showed up as scheduled on Monday morning personally to look at what it would take to do the job. He even accepted my offer for me to do the trenching and save a little on labor.
He said he would have the estimate the next morning and sure enough, he did. The value for the price was beyond fair. I feel as if I got every penny in quality and workmanship. Can you see the theme here? He gave me multiple options for a new main line and presented the information in a way I understood and I felt empowered to make my decision.
We scheduled the job for Friday and the guys did an amazing job. The materials they use are industry leading and the workmanship is second to none. I work in construction so I know good work when I see it. Copper manifold and Uponor pex were done exactly like was communicated to me. Was really impressed they used such a high quality pex pipe, where so many companies are trying to install cheap and only care about making some money.
Mac and his guys were so awesome and everything they said they would do, they did. Give them your business and you won't regret it. Shoutout to the foreman, Anthony, for taking the time to show me everything they did and explain future plumbing solutions that I had questions about. This is a company who is trying to make a name for themselves and I will advertise them every opportunity I have.

I had the pleasure of having the Crc crew come out and install a two way clean out so that my house could be serviced. The team came out dug down to the pipe cutting in their clean out. I also got a complementary Camera inspection they put it all back together and solve my problem thanks, Crc

Requested a quote for my garbage disposal to be replaced being that it's so old and I saw they had good reviews even though some said they were expensive and out of all the quotes I've received theirs was the best. Great company to work with.. I called multiple companies to get a price on a new heater and ac unit. CRC plumbing and air came out and looked at everything and they were able to give me a quote same day! They had the best price for a new hvac system and they also gave me a 2000$ off special they have going on!! They brought to my attention about the patriot membership program. It was a no brainer!! I've used CRC for two tankless conversions in addition to some toilet replacements and leak repairs, and can't recommend them enough! We experienced an unexpected and enormous project at our home involving waste-water pipe repair, HVAC duct replacement and even rodent remains removal. It was an extremely stressful situation for us but the entire staff at CRC (Leticia & Marissa in the office, Sam in plumbing, Jerry & Joe in HVAC, Andrew in "extraction" and Frank & Mac the owners) were all professional, courteous and respectful. We received exceptional service with everyone going the extra mile to return our home to normalcy. We are most grateful!

This is one of the most professional and efficient companies I'd ever have to deal with as far as courtesy, Response time is quick, and reasonable prices especially with their monthly plan. Recommend to anyone needing a quick response to issues especially compared to the home insurance contractors that take a week to come out. They came within the hour. Made a call to CRC after getting advice from their technician to get a second opinion after another well known Fresno company quoted me over $10k for a repair. Leticia and Frank worked with me along the way to coordinate inpection,estimate and repair for an extremely reasonable price. Repair was made with in days of initial call. They were in and out in under 2hrs the technicians got my old unit up to factory standards just before the heat rolled into town. The staff is friendly, professional and have character. Unlike other companys I've done business with in past years.

Andrew and Shawn were great at their estimate. They led a diagnostic walkthrough and troubleshooted each component that could be defective. In the end of the walk, they explained to us why the affected components weren't working, and kept communication clear regarding the process of the estimate and repair. We decided to move forward with the repairs and we hope the techs doing the repairs are just as great. PS. Day two, Vincent (Jose) came on board to take lead with Andrew to finish the work order. Jose was very informative with the issues that needed to be resolved. They updated our relay with one that had fuses for safety shutoffs, and replaced our cap. Our air ended up blowing out much cooler air. We're completely satisfied with their service. I have rental properties, I use them whenever we have a sewer issue. They do a fantastic job. I have never had any problems after they have been on jobs. They have also done other plumbing repairs for me at my units.

The CRC team recently installed a new AC unit in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frank, the owner, and his crew were always on time, professional, and easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to any questions, and I always felt I could reach a real person instead of dealing with endless automated replies or layers of admin.

Back in mid-June, CRC came out when our 32-year-old unit stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the issue, sourced the not-so-common fan motor, and had it installed the next business day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and got us up and running, extending the unit’s life long enough for us to start planning a replacement.

When it came time to get bids, CRC was responsive and professional throughout the quoting process. Their bid was one of the more competitive, with clear documentation and no overselling. Ultimately, we chose another direction, but we truly appreciated their prompt service and straightforward approach.

3 days ago I paid $750 to clear main line due to toilet and tub backup. My house has no cleanout so they went thru vent on roof. Office manager had already advised me that they would probably have to remove toilet to clear line. When tech arrived I asked if he had to remove toilet and he said no he will go thru vent on roof. Technician gave estimate to install a clean out for future service, which would include a free camera inspection. I had been considering doing this but hadn’t decided yet. No camera work was performed during the initial visit. Today (3 days later), both toilets are backed up again and owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t let me speak AND lied to me telling me I had tree roots in pipe. However tech said they did not use camera (roof vent clearing no camera) and would not know if there are tree roots. Owner went on and on about how they aren’t supposed to go on roof (as if that was my fault plus it had nothing to do with current issue.) Owner said I had tree roots but that is unknown without camera work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
