Im disappointed with the overall service- I asked them to write an official report so we can get the part we needed from warranty so we can go through with the repair for out hisense fridge. Instead the only gave a vague non-itemized quote for 582 dollars…which is understandable IF its a costly repair that would take a long time, since the part itself is less than $100, BUT we STILL haven’t even heard back from them to give us the report we requested ij the first place to get the fix started. Would not recommend.

Great service — exactly how it should be! The technician arrived on time, was very responsive, and made everything simple from start to finish. Payment was easy too. It might sound basic, but many companies can’t even get these simple things right. Fuse did — and that makes all the difference!

Ed was great. My refrigerator cooling element went out, and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a week. I called him back a few weeks later to fix another appliance. Thank you for good service at a reasonable price.

Fuse was very responsive and set up an appointment quickly. Roman was professional and thorough in fixing the issue with my GFI plugs. and helpful when telling me how to avoid the issue in the future. I will be calling them again in the future if needed.

This was our second time calling FUSE, this repair was for our dishwasher. Their response time is so fast! Roman is highly qualified, finds the problem & fixes it as soon as he has the part/parts. He is very respectful of our home, wears booties over his shoes & cleans up when he is done.

The technician, Roman, was very professional and curtious. He stayed in contact throughout the whole process letting me know when he would arrive. Once on site he went above and beyond to make sure my dishwasher worked like new again.

Prompt professional service during the holidays!!! Called three different HVAC companies. Ivy at Fuse Service was the only one that picked up, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Ed K and his team showed up on time, examined our heater and determined that repairs would be costly (unit was over 30 years old). We decided to replace the unit. Ed gave us a quote for two different units and went right to work. I highly recommend Fuse Service. They were prompt and provided excellent service with very reasonable prices. Ed was present for all required inspections for the unit. The team at Fuse Service was thorough, professional, and extremely committed to providing excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Roman and Ed were great!! I suddenly had an issue with my breakers one afternoon and only had power in my bedrooms. Roman from Fuse arrived within an hour and was able to get my power back on but said I needed several breakers replaced. Coincidentally our HVAC system was also not working and we were in the process of negotiating with our home warranty company. I briefly mentioned to Roman that our heater wasn’t working and two days later Ed reached out and came out a few days later to give me a way better estimate. Fast forward to today, both issues have been fixed at very reasonable pricing. They gentlemen are very nice, professional, and punctual. Would highly recommend this company and we will definitely continue to reach out to them if ever we need help or have issues. Thanks guys!

Right in the middle of a brutal heatwave, our AC suddenly gave out, talk about bad timing. I quickly searched for emergency hvac repair, and thankfully, this team showed up faster than I expected. The technician handled the ac repair efficiently and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Walking back into a cool home felt like pure relief. I’m seriously grateful!

Poor quality equipment come with refrigerant lines not welded from the factory....will refer all sales elsewhere Lennox warranties are not worth the paper there written on.
