Charged me $95 per pound of refrigerant AFTER he filled the AC unit with 12 pounds. He did this without quoting a price beforehand. Totally unprofessional.

I called Need A Tech Heating & AC after another local AC repair company from Madera failed to diagnose the issue with my AC unit the first time. When I called Need A Tech I was greeted by Jorge and Ricky and could immediately see what a difference in professionalism and thoroughness they dispalyed in the correct diagnosis of my AC unit the first time around. My AC unit is working better than ever and keeping me cool thanks to Jorge and Ricky; I would definitely recommend Need A Tech Heating & AC for fast response time, professionalism and thoroughness in accurately diagnosing AC issues the first time around.

I bought one of those dealsaver with him (his business phone is his personal cell). I called for an appointment, he said he'll call me later, never did. A week later, I called again for an appointment, this time we were able to schedule. He came out as scheduled, but I had someone else at home at the time. I called him later for an invoice or a list of things he had done. He said he'll give that to me, but it's now a month later I still haven't received anything, so as far as I know I paid him to drive to my house, probably sprayed some water on my AC unit, and left. I wouldn't recommend, spend your money somewhere more professional.

David was the tech that came to my house. He was very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. I will recothis company to all my friends and family. They had good prices and no hidden fees. I'm very happy!!!

Great experience! Came to my house in a timely manner and repaired my air conditioner in minutes, he was very efficient and professional. I felt he was very trustworthy and honest, and his prices were very fair. I was so grateful that he was able to come the same day I called, and we no longer had to be suffering in the heat. I would recommend his services to all of my friends and family, and would definitely use this company again.

I had my HVAC system replaced by Grandmark about 2 1/2 years ago. It recently started having an issue with the main system not shutting down. The technicians came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the faulty part. Bill W was very professional and the problem was solved quickly. Great company!
