John was AMAZING! He made time to come out to my house the same day I called. Even with a communication error (on my part) he managed to make time to come out to my house. The prices were very reasonable and John explained everything he saw/repaired. He answered all of my questions and gave so much insight!

I had John come in the middle of night for an emergency AC fix. John finished the job promptly and was very professional during the time he was here. I would recommend him for future emegency AC fixes if needed. Hope not soon, keep in mind of this review and my recommendation towards john.

Royal Mechanical Service is great! We have them do our AC maintenance for our house and our condo. They always explain exactly what they do, what we should be looking for and is always responsive. We also just had them relocate our AC to the side of our house and they also came on their day off to meet the electrician to get it done without leaving us without AC for hours/days. They always go above and beyond! Our neighbors love them too! I will always recommend Royal Mechanical Service to anyone I know!

My AC went down in the evening. I called and got a quote over the phone and the repair an hour or so later. Very professional. I would highly recommend to others. Service was exceptional, and I will definitely be reaching out in the future. Was stress free.

I really wish I had found out about Royal Mechanical Services LLC sooner. John came out and listened to me with compassion and fixed my air conditioning issue. While he was in my home working his phone was ringing constantly. Give him time he may not answer because he is actually helping a customer but he will definitely text you, set an appointment, be on time and fix the issue. He’s honest with up front pricing, licensed and warranty his work. If you’re in need of air conditioning repair then John at Royal Mechanical Services should be the person you call. I’m very satisfied with him and I am no longer burning up in this unbearable desert heat.

I contacted John yesterday because our downstairs AC unit was running outside but not inside. He arrived quickly and he immediately started assessing our unit and the components in the attic. John quickly determined that the capacitor needed replaced. He is such a nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional. John was absolutely wonderful, he came within 15 minutes of my call after 10 pm, very polite, courteous, and professional. Let me tell you how much me and my family appreciates Royal Mechanical Services! Our home was over a 100 degrees and my warranty company seems to not have cared that I have a baby and to send someone out ASAP! I saw some amazing reviews about John and they are right! I called him that morning and he was here that evening. He got us up and running, the way he explained what happened to our system, you just can tell he takes pride in his work. He even gave us a warranty on him repairing our transformer. Seriously words cannot explain how me and my baby appreciates him. It was so amazing being about to wake up without sweating in the AZ heat!! If you’re in Maricopa or in surrounding areas and need working on your AC, please call JOHN first!! My AC quit working at around 3 pm I called several places but none could help me today until I called John at Royal Mechanical Services. He had a couple of jobs in Phoenix but by around 10:30 pm our unit was blowing cold air. John is professional knowledgeable and very friendly and his prices are very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work and he will be the only one working at our house in the future.

We found this company on Nextdoor! John was great! Very thorough and communicates quickly, he made sure to check everything to do with our unit including our dated thermostat! Went above and beyond to find out if we can get a replacement under warranty for the thermostat that was registered to the previous homeowners. He also cleaned the unit in the backyard that was full of dog hair in order for it to work properly!! He took great photos of everything! Highly recommended. Ask for John!

Another American Home Shield contractor who has trouble completing job promptly. As this was the 2nd contractor AHS sent to my home, actual request for service was made in December 2014. The installation was not finaled by the city until the end of March. That's 3 months which I find to be way too long an amount of time. As they state in their post, friendly yes, fast absolutely not.

BEWARE!!!!!

An employee botched the repair job on the AC unit causing it to go out completely. When called about the dead unit, the employee angrily spent about a minute looking at it and left. He refused to talk or answer any questions. It was later discovered that he submitted a report stating the unit had been tampered with by the homeowner, voiding the pending insurance claim.

The owner may know what he's doing and be honest, but at least one employee doesn't know what he's doing and will lie to cover his errors.
