I bought a brand new home 2 years ago and Donald P Dick installed my heater and ac. My heater went out last month so I called about a warranty they said there was no warranty and it would be $90 service charge to come out so I said ok when can you come out they said first available appointment was 7 days out I said that unacceptable we need heat it was 58° in the house she said her manager was in a meeting and they would call when they were done nobody ever called so I hired someone else to come fix it the next day and it cost me $350 so 7 days pass and they call to tell me the tech was on the way I said I got it fixed already she had an attitude and said well you didn't cancel I explained that a manager was supposed to call and never did her response was I don't know who you talk to I said well you have poor customer service and and your warranty on a brand new unit is terrible I shouldn't have to pay to fix a 2 year old unit I wouldn't recommend using them.

The repairman Osvaldo was professional and courteous. Went right to the problem, replaced with new part and was finished. Went thru American Homedhield for service request but I’d use these guys in a heartbeat.

Arrived the time specified. Very polite. Ask questions about the exact problem. Was here in less than 15 minutes. He changed a item in my unit explained that was the cause of the warm air he replaced it and my AC is working like new. Great customer care.

Clearly Comfort contacted me a little over an hour after I requested service repairs and had an appointment available 2 days later.
Clearly Comfort Notified me when my tech was en route with a foto of Rebakah, which is thoughtful for safety, I liked it!
Rebakah was awesome! She was professional, personable, and VERY knowledgeable!! She quickly identified the issue, tested the HVAC unit, and had the part for repair requested within like 1 hour.
Clearly Comfort called me first thing this morning that the part arrived and installed it the same day. My HVAC is up and running and Rebakah answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
An additional plus, my dogs loved her!

Mason friendly technician and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he called his boss to confirm to not give wrong information. Company called back quickly. Left voicemail after hours they called me next morning 8 am. And got me apt that day.

My technician Osvaldo was amazing. He was very punctual, and communicated with me very well in regards to the repairs he had completed to my HVAC system. He was very professional and answered any questions I had in regards to my unit.
