Not did John Arteaga, fixed the capacitor cause was not getting no cool air flow. On A/C. But he educated me. On how to maintain it and to keep good air flow through the house.

Called around 8 pm and was at my house in less than 20 minutes to see what was wrong with my AC . The following day he brought the part and fixed the AC . Excellent customer service and great communication.

You’ve been ignoring all my other attempts to reach you but when your interaction gets on Google, you now have time to text me and respond to my review… chalk this up as a lesson learned in running your own business.

John was very communicative, prompt, and professional. He diagnosed our problem quickly and had us up and going in no time. Highest recommendation possible for him.

My family was worried that we would have to be in our house at 100+ degrees for a few days and a friend from church recommended this gentleman and he came out the same day and had the same exact part we needed. There is no doubt that service and quality with that quick of a response will definitely be the largest AC company in Phoenix.

John is AMAZING! We love to use local companies and he did not disappoint! Not only did he do a phenomenal job and took his time. He also educated us on the system and what would need to be replaced immediately or in the near future.

John performed a thorough check up and tune up of ac systems. Showed parts needing service and provided a fair and reasonable quote for repairs. John is very knowledgeable and customer focused and is of course a licensed contractor.

John is real genuine human being that really puts his customers first. My moms AC was blowing warm and they noticed on Sunday at 5:30PM. I text John with my issue and he said he could lend a hand. He showed up 45 minutes later and completed the job very quickly.

On a SUNDAY

My family and I had trouble with our power in bathroom, laundry room and hallway. I called John Arteaga and he showed up in 15 minutes and helped us get power back in these rooms! He explained everything he was fixing(diagnosis the circuit, and retighten wires) His customer service was excellent. Fixed the problem in a timely manner. Great price for helping us out. Hes DEFINITELY going to be recieving calls if we need him again! Thanks John!

What's the worst time for your A/C to go down?

Right! The 4th of July weekend. It went out on Friday and I started calling and calling. All of the usual suspects that run Ads, but nada. So, I decided to try to call a lesser-known company called Royal Mechanical Services LLC on Sunday at around 4:30 PM.

John, the owner picked up right away. He was just about finished on another job and said he'd come right over as soon as he got back to Maricopa. So, I know what you're thinking, and I was worried too.

But as he's checking it out and I'm staring over his shoulder, I'm trying to guess what a 4 Ton air conditioner might cost, looking at all the rust on the fan cover. Visions of a $4,000 to $8,000 bill were making me dizzy.

So, I said to him, "John, do I need a whole new unit?" He smiled and said, "Nah. For sure this is an old A/C unit - (it's a 2005 Carrier) - but it's just the motor that's bad. I don't see anything wrong with the compressor or any of the other components." And I watched him check everything. His total charge to come out and fix it on a Sunday night over the 4th of July weekend was $425. I wanted to hug him.

If you're looking for an honest guy who won't try to upsell you or talk you into something you don't need, I can't recommend John and Royal Mechanical Services any higher. He's a 10-star gentleman with honesty and integrity confined to a 5-star rating system.

RMS has been wonderful for us! Professional, knowledgeable and what I like the most is they double check their work before leaving every time. Have had them install a mini-split in my garage, standard maintenance and repairs on my existing AC units.
