The store is clean, well stocked, and above all the people behind the counter are great. Joe, Manuel and Candy are some of the best in the business. They’re all knowledgeable, and friendly. The only thing I would say is that there is a primary focus on the residential side, so if you’re looking for commercial parts you may need to order them.

Lennox offers hvac units and parts. The staff at Lennox is friendly and knowledgeable. This store offers a lot of options for Lennox parts. Sometimes you have to wait for parts when they are ordered from the manufacturing plant.

Lennnox is the best , won’t go anywhere else . Plus they have really really good looking people that work there . I can just stare at there faces for hours . And it’s not just bronze , they have brains as well. There soo smart and helpful .

Candy, Joe, and Ysaiah consistently deliver excellent customer service every time I walk in. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without hesitation. It is always a smooth and welcoming experience.

I had an AC unit blowing hot air in June. The soonest anyone else could get there was 2 weeks out. New England was able to come out in 4 days. The technician who came to my house was on time, friendly, and competent. He fixed my unit without wasting any time, and I was charged a fair price.

105 F outside, House Air Conditioner failed, I have only motor background & couldn't fix it myself, and originally from Fresno I have always known New England Sheet Metal to be one of our towns' best.
I called at 3 pm, it wasn't easy but it was done by 8 pm. Jesse checked all the voltages, changed the top original equipment condenser fan motor, replaced necessary old/faded wiring bundles, corrected prior loose ends and made the AC Sing.
It's a pleasure to open the service cover and see my A.C. is tidier than before. Never knew that old fan was SO loud.
Good service is a great pleasure to me.
