This company would not provide a detailed invoice showing a separate cost for parts and labor and would not provide me any details on what part was actually replaced on my AC system. I believe this is because they drastically overcharged me. The lack of transparency will definitely have me looking to a different company for any future work.

Very Professional, Roman figured out the problem and had it fixed very quickly. Prices are comparable to other vendors. And was way less than a new machine.

Needed an assessment on our refrigerator due to strange noise and intermittant decrease in freezing. Received a notice in the morning that they had a tech available between 4 and 6 PM..Ed arrived on time after sending notice that he was en route. Very professional and took his time to check all aspects and problem solve. No repairs were needed and he took the time to explain what the problem may have been. Thorough assessment and reasonable charge..very happy with the service. The making of the appointment was easily handled via text after seeking repair service through Yelp.

He walked in and nothing..he didn't want to fix it 99 bucks for nothing and he didn't even give my dollar back washing machine doesn't spin.

I was incredibly impressed with the service I recieved! Our refrigerator stopped working over the weekend, and I was worried about our food spoiling, but Ed arrived within an hour of my call—faster than I expected. He was professional, courteous, and even removed his shoes before entering our home, which I really appreciated.

He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty start relay and capacitor, left to get the necessary parts, and was back in about 20 minutes. The entire repair took less than an hour, and now our fridge is working perfectly again. Excellent service, fast response time, and professional! Highly recommend!

We just had Ed from Fuse HVAC come to service our A/C system...it went out unexpectedly...Ed arrived promptly, very efficient, he saved the day..had our A/C up in running , and we appreciate his knowledge, and excellent customer service...Fuse HVAC is the best in town for all you home appliances and A/C needs.

Had someone come out to service my dishwasher that wasn't draining. The tech was in and out in under 10 minutes(I have proof on my doorbell camera). Told me I needed a whole new drain motor. Charged $70 for the inspection and quoted me $400 for a new motor and labor.

After he left I took another look at my dishwasher and after finding some good tips online I found one of my drain tubes was clogged. Once the clog was gone it worked good as new. I bought a new factory motor for $30 and swapped it just to be safe. Tested both motors both worked fine. I was shocked the tech didn't even think to check anything like that. Just in and out for a quick $70.

$400 for a $30 part I wouldn't have even needed. And an inspection that didn't even catch the problem. Never going to them again. Beware of price gouging.

The technician was not helpful at all. After I explained to him the screeching noise that my washer, inconsistently noise, he then open the lid and turned the drum around a few times. Next, he turned the washer for 25 minutes and listened to it as it operated. After the cycle ended, he tried to explained that it could be several possible issues that could cause the noise. He did not attempt to open up the washer and check the bearings or belts, etc. His service was a waste of my time. I will not be using this company’s service. I regret selecting this company.
