The problem was addressed the day of arrival. Had to wait 2 weeks for the blower wheel, but as soon as it was received at the shop the job was completed. I recommend Clearly Comfort.

Mason Archie from Total Comfort is an amazing professional. He was early, and easily resolved our thermostat issue. He also looked at each vent to make certain the AC was working efficiently in all areas of our home. BIG PROPS TO MASON ARCHIE OF TOTAL COMFORT, just before the triple digit weekend. :)

They were able to give me a same day appointment and had our AC up and running just a few hours after the appointment was set up. Rebekah our AC tech was very friendly and communicated well.

Service was great since they tried to schedule me the same day. Max was also great as he explained what needed to be done. A little problem chasing my dogs since the gate was left open and I did lend my ladder but that everything went fine. Thanks.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Clearly Comfort LLC! Their quick service and easy appointment system made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I submitted a work order late Friday afternoon for our rental property's A/C unit and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for the following Monday afternoon. The office staff, Liza and Rachel, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the A/C tech Mason, communicated clearly on what needed to be done, and provided clear options for payment. I’m very pleased with the service and would absolutely use them again in the future! Highly recommended!

The company contacted me before they opened the following business day after I submitted my request. They gave me a appointment that worked for my schedule they notified me the following day of their location. The Tech. Mason greeted my mother and let her know what he was working on.Mason was respectful of my home and my pets. He repaired my motor did all checks and measures and got my old unit up and going.He also checked in with me before he left if I had any additional questions.
