All of the staff I interacted with from Central Elite were very friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment fast and easily. My appointment was confirmed via text and I was also notified when the tech was en route, which was wonderful. Pedro was very professional and explained everything he did very concisely. He serviced my unit and took before and after pictures and complied a report which he emailed to me. He gave me his recommendations on what next steps I needed to take and I never felt like he was trying to “sell me” something I didn’t need. He definitely is a master in his trade and I won’t go to anyone else for my HVAC needs. Central Elite Cooling and Heating is the real deal!!

The office was very helpful in getting my heater taken care of right away. They very very much on time. They came and took care of Business in a very timely matter. Nice workers, showed ID. Very knowledgeable and professional . Explained everything in detail. Our AC has never worked better. We will definitely continue to use their services as needed and would recommend them to anybody having heating/cooling issues.

Pedro owner of Central Elite provided exceptional service on our heating system. He went above and beyond to try to fix our unit. After determining the cause and having to order the part, finding that the part was going to take 3 weeks or longer, he made every effort to try to temporarily keep it working.
He, also made sure we understood the problem explaining everything in detail.
I will definitely use his company in the future, and will recommend Central Elite to my family, and Friends.

Above and beyond service. Fixed my issue. Fixed other issues I didn't even know I had. Even dropped me off at work when I locked myself out of the house on accident. And cheaper than the majority of other quotes I had and available the fastest. 11/10
