Carlos did an outstanding job with maintaining my AC and was able to repair a component all in the same visit. He was polite and professional and I appreciate the time he took to explain the services to me. I will continue to trust Central Elite and Carlos to keep my AC properly maintained.

Employees were great and were very respectful. Work quality was very good and they cleaned up as they went. Pedro the owner was easy to work with and made sure I had the air conditioning system that was the best for my needs. Raquel from the office kept in touch with me and stayed on top of my questions and kept me informed on what to expect from the process of the air conditioning installation. Even after completing the installation they were very helpful on how to operate the system and even operate ut from my phone. I would recommend Central Elite air and heating for your house project.

Pedro my technician from Central Elite was amazing. He fixed my problem with my current AC unit. I didn’t have to purchase a new one from 3 other companies that try to rip me off. He came back the next day to replace the part and now my house is cool again. I strongly recommend this company to Anyone if you want honesty, save time and money.

11/3/23:
My home warranty company ended up not covering us for our HVAC system and gave us payout. We ended up needing to purchase a new HVAC system. I contacted 5 local companies to get bids and Central Elite was the best value for our money. I urge everyone to get a bid a from Central Elite for any of your HVAC or Water Heater needs. I won't hesitate to use them in future for my AC or Water Heater needs.

9/15/22:
I had a lot of water leaking from my light fixture and ceiling. They were able to be onsite the same day. They did a temporary fix, provided me assessment of the work that needed to be done and a price. Central saved me a great deal of money along with getting me up and running in the summer. I was so impressed with them that I signed up for there yearly maintenance contract.

The technicians were friendly and open to any questions you might have. The company was responsive and showed up when they said they would. Overall a great experience.

The communication, follow through and work ethic of this company is amazing. They came out and fixed my son’s AC on short notice and afterwards provided a thorough summary of the work done and work needed. I highly recommend them for heating and AC needs.

Pedro did a wonderful job of service of our equipment, very happy with his work. He also let us in on a program that the power company and the state paid for our preventative service call. I will continue to use his company for future work.

Central Elite Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job installing my new Bosch Heat Pump system! Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. The system works flawlessly, and they took the time to explain its features and maintenance. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

Central Elite Cooling and Heating came in clutch. We had a problem with our air conditioner and had called them over for an a/c repair diagnostics. They were able to find out I needed a compressor changeout and got my unit up and working again.

The other company I had called prior didn’t even tell me there was a problem with the compressor and that I needed a new unit which would have costed me over $20k!!

I love Pedro and his team they are professionals and actually take the time to repair our system. He even washed our unit and made sure everything was on point.

Pedro came out and checked out my Ac and thermostat. He also went up into my attic to check my duct work. The whole time he was very informative and also was able to recalibrate my eco bee thermostat to read accurately. I've been a customer of central elite cooling and heating for the last few years now and I will continue to be one. This company is top notch and their technicians are not only highly capable they are also courteous to any questions you may have or need an answer to.

Carlos was very professional and he really knows his stuff. He explained the problem my mini split was having to me and he repaired it for us! Highly recommend and he even showed me where the issues were. He had recommendations for future handling. If we have any problems in the future, we're calling these people! ☺️

Really pleased! The receptionist/scheduler, was very accommodating and easy to work with. The technician was excellent, super customer service oriented and very efficient and helpful. A really great company, will continue to use them in the future as I am really big on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Gilbert was a great technician gave me all the results and broke it down to me how every component works. I was really impressed with his professionalism.

Very professional and very fast, unlike others that I have to wait days. They came in the next day and was very honest and down to details; which saved me at least 7k.
