Donald P's was excellent. Our a/c unit wasn't working and the technician that came out was quick and efficient. He got our unit working, was professional and knowledgeable.

The techs were courteous and prompt. I had a bad wire and it was repaired for just the service fee. They even changed the air filter for me. This is the second time I used them for AC repairs and both times the fee was reasonable. Thank you!

Great customer service. Friendly professional technician’s who know their stuff. One of the few businesses that aren’t raising their prices every year. Appreciate their annual Spring-Fall 2-visit package.

The technicians are very knowledgeable. I live in Shaver Lake so when I have a problem with my furnace it’s important they can get up here quickly. I wouldn’t ever use any other company to service my furnace. They are reputable and you can trust them.

Donald P. Dick heating and cooling are wonderful to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Roy again and he not only is knowledgeable but very personable. Roy came out and diagnosed our heating problem. He then ordered the part and returned to install it. Our heating is working perfectly now. Thank you, Roy.

I had an associate out to look at doing an install on my home, including ductwork. They were not very enthusiastic about the job, and quickly tried to move me towards a mini-split, which I did not want. They said they would email me estimates for both, but I have had no further contact from them. My money will be spent with Allbritten, where it is appreciated.

Great service! We have had Bee who was the our technician twice now. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He makes sure you are getting the best service and pricing. He is definitely an asset to the company and I will be requesting him by name in the future.

The Two techs that came out were great! They were clean, as far as putting booties on before they stepped into the house, and thorough as far as explaining everything to me. I also didn’t feel like they were trying to sale me something I didn’t need so I’ll add honest to that list of good things.

Jesse came out to service my heaters. After two other companies trying to sell me replacement units and/or duct work that I didn’t need, it was EXTREMELY refreshing to talk to a professional that wanted the best for his customer. And I didn’t need to replace anything except the filters. If I could, I’d give Donald P Dick Company 10 stars!

Donald P Dick always comes through for air conditioning problems at a reasonable cost. I am pleased with their work.

Scope of work: replace two AC units, two furnace units and install two new thermostats and one remote sensor. Completion of work: Donald P Dick sent out multiple crews and the scope of work was completed in less than one day. Crews were courtreous, competent, efficient and respectful of property. Pricing: competitive and fair. Sales pitch: personal, informative but not overbearing. Quote with options received in writing. Warranties explained. Quality of new units: Lennox brand units installed. Have not used new units enough to evaluate thoroughly but during testing phase all units seemed to perform well. Likes: the company is large enough and has been in business long enough that you get good pricing and efficient service with the anticipation that the company can and will stand behind its work and products. Bottom line: Absolutely a satisfied customer at this point.

Unfortunately a confusing and ultimately waste of time. At the time of making the repair appointment, I explained it was an original 20 year old unit and having explained the unit was not blowing cold-air, the service rep explained the part needed to be replaced but would not be able to guarantee that it would work for very long; he said it could go out in a few weeks. Even if he replaced the part they would not be able to offer the freeon R-22 it needed because it was obsolete 🤔. He did offer to replace the filters ( for a cost of course) but I declined and explained that i wouldnt likely turn the unit on if it’s not working. Lol. Was hoping for a company that could offer better solutions than outright stating it needed to be replaced. I figured I invested $90 for the service call to confirm we would not recommend or seek out this company in the future.

I love this company so much. Not only did they install our solar panels ( which have saved us $$$$$$ every year) but we have a service contract with them as well. The value for the service provided is incredible. We know our home air and heat is well maintained by the quality of the techs they send. Meng spent time in our home making sure everything was in tip top shape. He was professional and was able to trouble shoot some minor issues. He was friendly and explained everything to me so I could understand how to get top performance from my system. I have heard from neighbors about some companies that try to inflate charges by replacing things that are not broken. Not Donald P Dick. They are old school service and integrity. Donald P Dick originally installed our units when the home was built 25 years ago. We had the units replaced 3 years ago and still going strong. Always have had the service agreements and we are treated very well. You get what you pay for and the equipment, technicians and office staff are well worth it. A 3500 sq ft home thanks you.

Thank you to the team for completing the AC setup at my new home on July 31st. Although I wasn’t able to be there in person, I appreciate the care taken to ensure the Nest thermostat was properly wired, set up, and tested.

I called for service. We scheduled a time between 10 am to 2 pm. The technician is parked in front of my house when I return from grocery shopping at 9:45am. I go to let him in, but he tells me that he is leaving for another job. I call the office to complain about how disrespectful and unprofessional it was for the technician to be parked in front of my house and then leave my house without fixing my AC system. Keep in mind that I just bought an $18,000 AC system from Donald P Dick. What’s worse is that when I called to complain, the secretary at Donald P Dick hung up on me. Then I go outside and see the technician still parked in front of my house. He’s been parked there for over 15 minutes since I have been home!!! Instead of sitting in his car, he could have been working on my AC unit. I need to replace another AC unit, but will never go back to Donald P Dick again.

From calling to schedule a consult to the day my heater was serviced. Donald P was very professional, in constant, communication, and even was able to get me a quicker appointment time than originally projected. The technician that came out was very professional, gave solid breakdown of everything and kept me in the loop the whole time. I will continue to utilize this company in the future.
