On 11/24 we scheduled our annual winter service with Donald P Dick. The service was fantastic! They called just prior to arriving to make sure we were ready. Jess was our technician and he was great! He came in with shoe covers already on and then did a great job servicing the unit, very thorough. He was even curtious enough to ask bfore he vacuumed as not to startle our granddaughter (who was in awe watching him).

First time air conditioning user and needed a service check because its efficiency notably dropped. The service man was extraordinarily helpful and courteous explaining things to me as he went around thoroughly inspecting the entire, four zone system, changing the filter and cleaning the outside coils. First rate job.

My experience with Mr. Jessie at Donald P Dick was very professional, courteous and great service. He came out and diagnosed my heating issues and had it fixed quick. I am no longer freezing and I am glad Donald P Dick had a fast appointment time. I highly recommend their services to anybody. Thanks so much for making my life comfortable again.

Don’t trust all the big companies! They want to sell you the German Bosch unit And they’ll tell you, you won’t have a gas bill. That unit runs on a heat inverter and it powers up between three and 4 kW and it wants to run quite often as it is more of a humidifier than a heat furnace that warms the house,in the winter time which will bump your electric bill up more than gas in A physical year
Dan from Air Worthy saved me a lot of money and sold me a two-stage carrier that operates on about 2 1/2 kW in the summertime when it’s hot maybe about 3 kW and it had the effect as if I was adding Solar to my house and it kept the house cooler
Whatever your needs are, this company is the honest company I would recommend as all the other companies have parts of the industry cornered and want to sell you that from $15,000-$20,000
Might even be more now. I recommend having this guy look at your situation and see what he tells you or what he can do for your given situation
