Semi-annual, seasonal system maintenance. Do not want to discover problem in heat of summer, cold of winter.

We called to schedule an appointment for our winter maintenance/checkup. To make the appointment it was very easy and the customer service was great. Corey was the technician that was sent out the day of our service. He was absolutely amazing!!! He called prior to showing up to let us know when he would arrived and he was on time. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond answering all our questions and explaining anything we didn't understand and made sure we truly understood and i didnt feel rushed at all!! I really appreciate the time and patience he gave us. He is a representation of the company and Donald P. Dick should be proud! There price was so reasonable and cheaper than other companies have have had come out or have researched. I will be scheduling my spring maintenance/checkup with Corey. If your in the market ...go with this company!!

This company is so reliable, honest and trustworthy. I never feel like I have been taken advantage of, with work performed. They do what is needed to get the job done, the first time. They also stand behind their work. They are the only hvac company I use or recommend.

Our AC went out on a 100-degree day! We called Donald P. Dick, had to wait a couple of days because they had so many calls to answer already. When the technician arrived, he went to work! He found that the circuit board wasn’t working. Once quickly replaced we had our AC back again. The technician knew his business and quickly had the AC going again. We were so grateful!!

Donald P Dick sent Saul, an excellent technician. Saul is knowledgeable, courteous & thorough. He fully accessed the equipment in the attic, and outside before determining the root cause of the problem. Over the last 10 years, Donald P Dick has consistently outperformed any of their competitors.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The wife called 3 other ac companies before we called donald p dick. They were either overpriced or just unresponsive like they didn't want our business. We needed a new ac unit due to our freon being discontinued and were connected with John Calandri. He is so great. Friendly and professional. I appreciate that there was no continued sales pitch after we told him what we were looking for. John was quick to respond to our questions and the price of the unit was affordable. They were here on time when they said they would be and they honor their quotes.

Donald p Dick employees do an outstanding job of installing and servicing our units.

They serviced our A/C for several years but never cleaned out our condensation drain. It backed up and caused a lot of water damage.

When I questioned the cost of the electrical panel that was bad the tech told me it was $800. I asked for the box it came in and looked on the internet it was $400. So for the tech to be at my home was about an hr and 1/2. So I paid $490 for an hour and 1/2. that is $326 / hr. That is ridiculous. The $90 to come and figure out was was wrong is the only part of the total cost equation which is fair. Doubling the cost of the electrical board is a complete rip off.

Had my 6 month service on A/C Heating unit. They always do a great job.

Just had a whole house fan installed the 2 guys who did the work were very nice and respectful they cleaned every piece of dirt and did an amazing job!

Bee is the only technician that I request. The schedulers are excellent & they get me in.Bee is efficient,friendly,professional,always makes sure my system is running well before he leaves.He cares & it is evident in his performance.I recommend Donald Dick AC highly & good value maintenance semi annual program.

I bought a brand new home 2 years ago and Donald P Dick installed my heater and ac. My heater went out last month so I called about a warranty they said there was no warranty and it would be $90 service charge to come out so I said ok when can you come out they said first available appointment was 7 days out I said that unacceptable we need heat it was 58° in the house she said her manager was in a meeting and they would call when they were done nobody ever called so I hired someone else to come fix it the next day and it cost me $350 so 7 days pass and they call to tell me the tech was on the way I said I got it fixed already she had an attitude and said well you didn't cancel I explained that a manager was supposed to call and never did her response was I don't know who you talk to I said well you have poor customer service and and your warranty on a brand new unit is terrible I shouldn't have to pay to fix a 2 year old unit I wouldn't recommend using them.

Technician arrived on time. Caesar was polite and explained everything he was doing with our HVAC maintenance. We were lucky, nothing was wrong. He recommended a maintenance schedule and times to change the filter. Very pleased with Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning and will use again (we are subscribed to a yearly schedule) and will definitely ask for Caesar again. Highly recommend Donald P. Dick AC.

Donald P Dick sent out Jesse look at me, HVAC. They called shortly before he arrived, exactly as they said they would which others have failed to do. And Jesse was great. Kept me informed to work through the issues and got my heater working.

Excellent service and customer care. Donald P. Dick does good, fair, and honest work. What I like most is the Super Saver Program and the fact they don't nickle and dime you over the small things.

We absolutely love our new Lennox SL22KLV system with the CBK48MVT air handler and S40 thermostat.

This system has completely exceeded our expectations. It runs quietly, uses energy efficiently, and keeps our home comfortable, even during hot Central Valley summers. The variable-capacity heat pump adjusts smoothly and avoids the constant cycling we were used to with our old system. Humidity levels are better, and the air feels more consistent throughout the house.

The CBK48MVT air handler and S40 thermostat work perfectly with the outdoor unit. The thermostat is easy to use, and being able to adjust settings remotely is a great feature that we use all the time.

We worked with Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. John Calandri, the estimator, was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. He made the entire process clear and stress-free. The installation was handled by Marco and his crew, who were just as professional. They completed everything in one day, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

We’re very happy with the entire system and the service we received. It’s been a great investment, and we highly recommend both the equipment and the team at Donald P. Dick.
