Noah was very professional and communicated everything he was doing throughout the process. He cleared the drain but thought the actual cause is a flat line so a camera inspection is being scheduled.

. I am writing this because it is really unfair. On October 1st, the sewer was clog and I received the service, and I said I had to snakel two places. However, the service person said that only one place needed to be penetrated, so only one place was penetrated. But when I came home from work, it was cloged again. So I asked for the service again, but the said he had to pay the service fee again, so he would call me the next day. However, there was no phone call, and I requested the service again, so I managed to get a call and talk to them, so I don't even think about listening. My money was wasted.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. I called Roto Rooter in an effort to solve our problem. I can always count on them to do outstanding service. We only have one bathroom. Therefore, it is imperative for out toilet to function. Roto Rooter came to our rescue once again.

DJ and Hector did a great job on the installation. Came through for us on a Sunday. Their 2 hour window turned into 4. However we kept receiving text messages that they were running behind.

Had a huge flood and DJ came out to take a look. He was amazing and identified the issue immediately. He was fast, friendly, and professional. DJ talked me through the issue, explained everything, helped me understand what was going on, and most importantly took the stress out of a very stressful situation!! Noah came out in the rain, the day after Christmas, and capped a pipe that was flooding uncontrollably. He did the work and turned the water main back on. Came home from vacation only to find our ancient water heater out of commission. Roto Rooter came out on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem and installed a new unit on Monday. The plumber, Dwayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job.

DJ is a cool dude who fixed our problem right away and was very professional. Felt like I had a friend who has a lot of plumbing experience stop by to help us. From a financial side it was pricey but we had to get it done. Either way I would highly recommend.
