These guys are the sewer A team! I had gotten a second opinion from them because my original plumber was old school and told us we had to destroy our whole front yard to repair the sewer line! Erik came by almost immediately and used the right tools like a camera and locator to find the problem and give us a much better solution to fix the sewer line. By the next day all the work was done and recorded back to us. I couldn’t believe how efficient and clean they were. In and out like nothing happened. These repairs are never cheap but Erik worked with us and gave us a great value!

Erik and his team at Sewer Heroes are the BEST. Within a couple hours of calling, they had stopped by our house, did their own inspection of our sewer line break (free of charge) and were able to provide us with a solution to our problem that would minimize disruption to our property and that was affordable. They showed up on time, completed all the work within 1 day and cleaned everything up. Erik was super responsive and communicated every step of the way with photos and videos. Very happy with this company’s emergency plumbing services. They advertise 24 hour plumbing and actually live by it unlike many others. I called so many companies in Glendale, burbank, La Cañada, etc and no one was available. Thanks guys for helping us out!

We had an emergency leak in our kitchen on Christmas day and Erik came right over to solve the problem. He is polite and efficient and knows what he's doing. We were so appreciative!!

Eric from Sewer Heroes showed up on time, explained price and procedure, got right to work using what I recognized as quality equipment, scoped my 4” landscape drain and then water jetted out the obstruction, cleaned up after done and left me with an operational drains I recommend this company and will use again, Thanks!

I hired Erik for $275 (because he had a coupon on his website) to do our scope inspection which started at 10 and ended up being around 11 because he stated it was initially at 10:30. During onsite he asked for the entrance for the scope which was a small pipe (not his fault) but we had no way in and he suggested that he could run it if he removes the toilet. He removes the toilet and couldn't perform the scope inspection fully. Once he put the toilet back he said that he could remove another toilet but that would be an additional $100 dollars on top of the first toilet he removed. I expressed that he never said that the first toilet removal was gonna cost $100 and if he didn't remove it the service wouldn't have happened so he should have been more clear but he said 375 is usually the regular price. I didn't fight it but definitely not hiring him again and to top it off I ask for the video of the scope and never received it. Unprofessional and just wanted to upcharge the whole situation which I do not appreciate.

Ever had that feeling when water is gushing out at 2 AM? Thank god for their 24 hour emergency plumbing service. The plumber arrived under 30 minutes and knew exactly what needed to be done. They prevented what could have been extensive water damage to our home. The emergency service was well priced as well.
